Hi All,

My application reached CIO on 21st November for NOC1123. As per CIC's update Number of applications counted towards the 1,000 sub-cap are 482, and Pending applications (Complete applications waiting for MI Acceptance Review) are 340 as of 16th December.

I am not able to figure out if my application is in Cap.

Could anyone please help me in this?

Hello, Friends!
I am 6th November applicant under 2132 NOC. Due to CIC updated Cap list, i can't understand whether 700 applications have been already gotten PER, and what about other 207. What are your predictions, I am in this 207 Pending applications(they opened my envelope, counted all the docs, but haven't charged yet), or i am out of this calculation?

I will be very grateful for all your advise.

What is "MI Acceptance Review"?

I Think that Is a stage after completeness check. I wonder if those are apps with money charged but no PER yet? Or only passed completeness check?

Well my friend I am from Macedonia and the name of the bank is Stopanska Banka. I did check my status three weeks ago I will check it again this Friday. But some of the applicants from Macedonia reported that they received PER before their bank knowing that their DD has been charged... Its complicated you know

Will keep you posted on any update on my side whether DD cleared or PER received !
