Breaking News on Update from CIC
TOTAL APPLICATION NOW 16,109 out of 25,000
Number towards 1000 capping target = 11,544
Number of pending applications = 4,565

Capping Update Analysis.
The new column just added is good for all applicants.
This is a big relieve so as to know the outstanding applications
awaiting review.
Column 2 is pointer towards capping.
As at today,if you add column 1 and column 2 and it is close to 1,000 there is no point
of sending application to these NOCs.
Kindly go for alternative NOCs.
Good luck.
Brother KSA, applications are only reached to the charging phase when it exceeds the completeness check stage and we believe that an application is counted inside the cap only upon crossing completeness check stage. So i don't see any point in adding column 1 and 2 in anticipating the cap status because by adding, our math could give some different result, i guess.

Guys PER received from my consultant

Dear forumites,

My hope is lost, Plans are devastated. Thought of celebrations in Canada for christmas and Newyear. All these plans were put in vain because of NDVO working lazy.

Do not know when NDVO issues PPRs for all of us and this is really stopping me to proceed to other works. May god help us in solving this PPR puzzle

Get visitor visa and go to Canada for holidays :P :P :P

Oh Dude!! God Bless You. Thanks for your kind words. +1. I did a bit of analysis and it is as below:

161 means completeness check done but MI needs to be checked. But, are the apps already charged? My guess is "no" because, the last known charge for us is 2nd sept and that gentleman got PER yesterday. Although there could be some apps prior to 2nd sept which are awaiting PER, I think there is a definite chance for some after 2nd sept.

All 2171s ......... Pray Guys!! Miracles Do Happen!! Believe in God and your well wishers!!

+1 Optimist! You'll be in!

To me, first column is PER, second column is completeness check, prior to Charge.

How do I contact CIC from outside Canada, can I contact them regarding my CC charge (they tried twice - CC declined twice >:()

please provide me with tel # & what options to choose to speak with representative

Complete applications waiting for MI acceptance review.

Where complete means that the applications have all the requested documents.

And where wainting for a MI review means checking that the application matches the criteria points for acceptance. I.e: Duties match NOC's, points balance, etc.

The way I interpret it. An application may be complete but after review it may not qualify; be rejected.

my NOC is 1123, and it was received on 16th December. Is there any change for me to get through?

Current NOCs that applicants should nedot file in their applications.
NOC 1111- 931
NOC 2132- 907
NOC 1123- 820
NOC 4011- 813
NOC 2133- 777
NOC 2281- 715

If this is your primary NOC and you are interested in sending in your application
before 31st Dec.2014,please go for alternative NOCs.
Good luck.

Dear Friends,

I have few queries as following:

1. Would you please give me an idea about how much time does MR notification normally takes after getting PER?
2. On an average how many months does it take to complete process starting from date of filing application until issuance of visa?
Please reply. Thanks.

It varies a lot from VO to VO. Check the spreadsheed for this, "Avg Processing Time" for your NOC and see for yourself.

There are some entries in AOR section in SS for NDVO. As it is understood earlier that NDVO does not send AOR and as many as 98% of the people never got it. Is it a new trend that people are getting AOR. Not sure why would they change the procedure now?

Dear one of thr AOR entry is mine, actually I raised a CSE
and in reply got confirmation from them that my file is with them.
I do not think they send any AOR seperately.
thanks
