Quote from PER Sample Mail >>Only applicants who meet the criteria specified in these Ministerial Instructions MI are eligible to be processed in the Federal Skilled Worker class.

Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on May 1, 2014. However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office.

MI instruction includes the six factors and others which is under REVIEW** ...
Hope that helps

Ok now i just wanted to check is this PER email or MI email ??

Hello I am reposting this as I really need some opinions!

Hello, I just went to see my consultant and I have some enquiries. My application is almost complete they will send it tomorrow. On top of the whole package there is an affidavit of the translator, not individual affidavits for each translated document. We are also sending all original documents of everything except passport and IDs. So there are basically no notarized copies. Most of the originals are in Korean some in English. Is this alright? I guess originals are better than copies even notarized ones am I wrong? How about one affidavit for the whole application?
They seem to have experience doing this and told me it is ok. But I would like to hear your opinions.

Breaking News on Update from CIC
TOTAL APPLICATION NOW 16,109 out of 25,000
Number towards 1000 capping target = 11,544
Number of pending applications = 4,565

Capping Update Analysis.
The new column just added is good for all applicants.
This is a big relieve so as to know the outstanding applications
awaiting review.
Column 2 is pointer towards capping.
As at today,if you add column 1 and column 2 and it is close to 1,000 there is no point
of sending application to these NOCs.
Kindly go for alternative NOCs.
Good luck.

That is GREAT GREAT GREAT news!

OPTIMIST3, you're still IN THE RACE my friend. Happy for you. There are still 161 apps awaiting review under for NOC 2171. I'm sure you'll qualify.

Payment by bank draft, bank cheque or postal order to the visa office in London

The bank draft, bank cheque or postal order should be made payable to the: Receiver General for Canada

Write your name and address on the back of the bank draft.

If your application is received at this office without the processing fee attached, it will be returned to you. In some countries, banks provide the service of forwarding your bank draft / bank cheque directly to this office. Please ensure that this is not done and that your fee accompanies your application.

Thank you. So you are implying that London visa office does not accept online payments? Thats very odd.

Important: Bank drafts / bank cheques have limited validity. Ensure that your bank draft / bank cheque is not older than two months when it reaches this office.

This office does not accept:

•Cash
•Uncertified personal cheques
•Company cheques
•British pound drafts drawn on foreign banks
•Canadian postal orders
•Euro-cheques
•Credit or debit cards
•Canadian dollar drafts where the “clearing bank” is not in Canada (check with your bank if you are unsure)

Thank you very much. So sir you are implying that London visa office do not accept online payments? This is extremly odd.

I think 700 has got PER. 207 have passed completeness check and waiting for charging. But we do not know how many are still not opened .

What do you think ?

As per CIC file will be received only when they open it. 700 includes all application they open and found completed include application with per, medical, pcc even also with visa stamp on passport. 207 are waiting completeness check. That what i understand from the site.

Dear friends,
I want to know about documents which are required in original and which are as photocopies ?

Also, what should be sent for highest education (4 years Bachelors degree) proof except ECA? all semesters mark sheets or only final degree certificate or both are required.

CanOl said:

In that case 1114 NOC has only 157 apps that have been given PER since May 2014 to date, and as of now currently they have almost a huge 117 apps pending just for eligibility check. Absurd.

Anyways +1 to you for trying to decode that. As per gazette, what you say is true !!

It pretty straight forward.
Thanks

Hey Brothers...

I got PCC and Traffic history report from Australia for spouse but name in these both docs are diff. as like the one before marriage and the name as per old passport.

Now new name is as per the one after marriage and as per new passport.

Should I include name change affidavit while sending MR, RPRF and PCC?

During main application I sent, I had already included name change affidavit for the docs I put at that time.

But I am confused if I shud submit it again as per names mentioned in PCC and Traffic history..??

Please help brothers... Thank you..

Anybody has any idea about ashif_eee? He last logged on Dec 10. Used to be pretty active.

My PER is dated 27th November. Should I start preparing for PCC.

If the current address and the address on passport is same, then just sit and relax.
Otherwise think about it.
