I got it from Qatar embassy in Lebanon and took two months plus. I suggest you call Qatar embassy in your country. It is straightforward.

Im planning to Visit Qatar. Do we need to take finger prints along with us ?
Which documents you have submitted with your application ?

I read somewhere in this forum that management occupations (NOC starting with 0) is assessed by senior officials at CIC, so it takes more time to be processed after CC is charged or DD is encashes as compared to other NOC occupations.

I need to pay for RPRF in London (I live in London). But I am not able to find out that whether I can pay online as cic london website seems to suggest that I cant. So if anyone has paid their Rprf in london and lives in London then can you please share.

I am thinking to personally handover the file as my office is close to their but not sure if they will sign it. Any one who did this?

No they process there applicants as it is even if they are for managers ,,,,,,,,,,, nothing as such

I am not sure if you visit Qatar, what will be the requirements and how long it takes.
My experience in Lebanon is that:

I did finger print at the Lebanese minsitry of interior and handed to the embassy.
I wrote a letter to the embassy according to a template given by them
They require some photos
A copy of the residence permit I had in Qatar
copy of passport
A little amount of money.

Just go to right top of Screen and you will find " PROFILE " tab, click over it.

Then - On the left middle of screen you will get 3 options : Under " Modify Profile " - please choose second option " Forum Profile Information " and click over it.

Then please enter your details , whatever applicable , like :

Location:
Category........:
Visa Office......:
NOC Code......:
App. Filed.......:
Doc's Request.:
Nomination.....:

And it will show under your name .... Please help each other to make it easy to check current timeline of individual.

However, I will remain connected to the forum surely.

As far as leaving for Canada is concerned, nothing is decided yet. Maybe sometime after Feb 2015 if things turn up well, else it will be after June 2015.

Payment by bank draft, bank cheque or postal order to the visa office in London

The bank draft, bank cheque or postal order should be made payable to the: Receiver General for Canada

Write your name and address on the back of the bank draft.

If your application is received at this office without the processing fee attached, it will be returned to you. In some countries, banks provide the service of forwarding your bank draft / bank cheque directly to this office. Please ensure that this is not done and that your fee accompanies your application.

Important: Bank drafts / bank cheques have limited validity. Ensure that your bank draft / bank cheque is not older than two months when it reaches this office.

This office does not accept:

•Cash
•Uncertified personal cheques
•Company cheques
•British pound drafts drawn on foreign banks
•Canadian postal orders
•Euro-cheques
•Credit or debit cards
•Canadian dollar drafts where the “clearing bank” is not in Canada (check with your bank if you are unsure)
