Please suggest me, shall i send email to Delhi CIC and ask about my application status. Because almost 3 months over still no response, but people are getting PPR after me...7 th may applicants are not getting anything...

Have Patience dear...i am 12 may applicant...waiting for mr...

Hello Friends,

I have question regarding RPRF fees. I am from New Delhi and i went to HDFC bank to get my DD done. I asked to make a DD in INR, which is payable in New Delhi. They said, they issue DDs only for outstation payable, So, they have issued a Manager's cheque. The bank has assured me that it one and the same thing. Since, the bank is in delhi, they issue manager's cheque for New Delhi payable amouts. But i am a little concerened

I checked the the CIC website and this is what it says 'Fees are payable in Canadian dollars or Indian Rupees. Only bank drafts (demand drafts) or certified cheques are accepted; cash is not accepted for fee payment.' Is a Manager's cheque same as 'Certified cheque'. Anybody in a similar situation?

Is PER issued by VO specialized in certain NOC?

We see many many many 1111, 2132, and 3012 September apps got PER recently and some of them are even filed at the end of Sep.
There are still other NOCs waiting for PER but CIC does not give a xxxx. For example, my friend applied for NOC 0113 (filed on 20 Aug) has not received PER until now.
Is it because the VO responsible for 0113 had their vacation so the process just stopped?

Congrats Maha but again with a heavy heart. We all are just too depressed since yesterday and have no words to say on this tragedy. Can you please tell when did u gt PER and sent application. Mine was June 12 and PER Oct 8.

Another day without MR/PCC Request
Received my PER on 16th October and got my second line updated on 10th December
Its been a really tiring wait for me, My friend got his MR on 20th Nov and he applied on the same day as me.... :-X :-X :-X

Manager's cheque is as good as DD, atleast thats what I know. Other can reconfirm.
