Thanks to all :)

I am very apprehensive about sending passports by courier to embassy and then they will be sending back by speed post.

Therefore, I will be submitting our passports to Canada VFS in Nehru Place, New Delhi tomorrow.

Anyone has any experience of submitting to VFS?

Cheers

Nice Story...! and Congrats for creating Panic among applicants..!!

If the story of PPR according to points were true then why would a applicant scoring only 68 points will get PPR jointly with the applicant scoring 76 points while all other applicants scoring more points are still waiting for the PPR..

So we request you not to create panic among the applicants it you cant control the panic within you..

and one more thing WE are not with you as We will Definitely get our PPR..!!!

Thanks

i totally support you....BUT...

its his view and we must respect that...

and for your question......it may be that according to new scoring criteria, the one with 68 points may have got higher points.

Hope this thing dont come true otherwise we all will be doomed....:(

hope and pray for the best for all of us...:)

Let me put down what I think is happening on the PPR front:

Applicants to the FSWP program will no longer be processed in the order the application was submitted. We are being ranked based on our eligibility. CEC, PNP and applicants with job offers receive the highest ranks, just like in EE. After a certain number of applicants have completed the MR stage, CIC will draw a few of the highest ranking candidates and issue them PPR-s. Then the rankings start again as more applicants pass MR. After a certain period of time, the next set will receive PPR-s. I already see evidence of this happening. Some people, who submitted applications later, have randomly got PPR, from the same visa office. PPR will now come out in bursts, not in a flow or sequence.

If you are with me so far, let me give everyone the bad news. This means some of us will never get a PPR, if we remain at the bottom of the ranking list. There is no point in looking at the SS trying to analyze when your turn is going to come. It's over for many of us.

I second Diplomatru. Don't give false information and don't panic others. From where you got this information, as per CIC they will process the applications under FSW program till 31st December 2014.

This is with regards to 'Schedule 3 Form' where we have to mentione the work exp and respective NOC.

See the thing is the NOC for the current job i am in is full, so now i am filing under another NOC which is still open.

So the questions are -

- 'Do I have mention all the work exp till date in the form or only the relevant one under which I am filling the application in??

- Do I have to provide the reference letter for all the work exp or just the relevent one under which I am filling the application in???

Pls reply ASAP.. need to sent he packt today itself....

Thanks for all your help in advance.... Smiley

I doubt that infertility can cause rejection. However, the result of his FSW process will depend on the kind of cancer (whether it is treatable, what kind of treatment is needed, whether it's metastatic or not, his general condition and prognosis of his doctors) and whether he has a sufficient amount of money/income to fight the disease. I think this friend of yours needs some professional assistance, like a good immigration lawyer or maybe a panel physician of some kind.

Good luck to your friend! Cancer is a very unfortunate thing to have in life, may he get well!

Little Owl, very mature answer to a extremely sensitive question. Would want to give you +1000, but karmafied.
