SOME OF THE DARK AREAS OF MY APPLICATION WHICH WERE MATTER OF CONCERN FOR ME. MIGHT PACIFY APPLICANTS IF THEIR APPLICATION IS STILL UNDER REVIEW BY CIC OR HELP OTHERS TO THOSE WHO ARE ABOUT TO DESPATCH THEIRS.

1. MY SPOUSE'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE DIDNT HAVE HER NAME ON IT. THOUGH ELSEWHERE I ATTACHED HER SECONDARY SCHOOL CERTIFICATE WITH THE EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTS. I SENT AN ADDENDUM (AFFIDAVIT FROM HER PARENTS) WHICH I STILL AM NOT SURE WAS ADDED TO THE APPLICATION. I SENT AN EMAIL ON 22.10.2014 TO CSU INFORMING THAT THERE IS NO NAME ON BIRTH CERTIFICATE FOR WHICH REPLY WAS SENT ON 11.12.2014 THAT "YOUR APPLICATION IS UNDER REVIEW, SHOULD THERE BE ANY REQUIREMENT YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED."

2. I HAD NO BIRTH CERTIFICATE FOR WHICH I GOT NON AVAILABILITY CERTIFICATE (NAC) FROM REGISTERING AUTHORITY AND ATTACHED A SELF AFFIDAVIT.

3. THERE HAS ALWAYS BEEN A MATTER OF DISCUSSION REGARDING EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND TO BE SUBMITTED AS PROOF OF FUNDS (POF). I HAD INCLUDED IT IN MY APPLICATION.

4. I FORGOT TO WRITE NAMES IN NATIVE LANGUAGE.

GUYS WISH ME LUCK FOR THE FUTURE PROCESS.

Since then I didn hear anything from CIC.i called today and found out UCI so I checked app status.it show in process when I clicked on in process it further showed " your appl received at 20"
Pls guide me what that means I'm in or out of game now.
Pls suggest me should I resend my application before year end? Thanks a lot

Please advise, do we need passport of a new born baby if we need to add him/her to the original application. As per previous posts someone mentioned below is required, please guide.

My app date was 8th AUG, still no news on per! So worried!

I am also an early Aug Applicant (Application Recd. - 11 Aug) waiting for PER.

Yesterday I got mail from WES asking to upgrade my package as CIC was unable to see my ECA online which I did immediately......Hoping for PER soon

I need you advice. I have a friend who applied for the FSWP and is currently awaiting MR. He has been recently diagnosed with testicular cancer and has begun treatment. However, doctors have said that he will be infertile as a result of the cancer mitigation procedures. How do you think this will affect his process? Do you think he will be rejected because of his history of cancer? Will he be rejected because he is now infertile? Or will he be rejected for both reasons? I appreciate your comments... Thanks!

WHEN THE STATUS SHOWS <IN PROCESS>...IS IT AFTER PAYMENT CHARGED OR AFTER COMPLETENESS CHECK...

First they do the completeness check and then they charge. After that an UCI no. is assigned.....

Next they validate/detailed check on all the documents like ECA, IELTS, Relevant Experience etc....Once this is done then they send you PER mail...

I can say this with my own experience:

My DD was charged on 18 Nov
Got UCI No. from call center
Got an email from WES on 15/12/14 stating that CIC is unable to see my ECA report online and I shall upgrade my package enabling CIC to see my report online
Still awaiting PER

I doubt that infertility can cause rejection. However, the result of his FSW process will depend on the kind of cancer (whether it is treatable, what kind of treatment is needed, whether it's metastatic or not, his general condition and prognosis of his doctors) and whether he has a sufficient amount of money/income to fight the disease. I think this friend of yours needs some professional assistance, like a good immigration lawyer or maybe a panel physician of some kind.

Good luck to your friend! Cancer is a very unfortunate thing to have in life, may he get well!

Not exactly true.
UCI is given at c-check even if the app doesn't pass it.

C-check->cost revovery->data entry->eligibility review->email

1) can you tell me what will be status update looks like(Medicals received or Passport request or wat)
2) How much time do they take to take decision after submittin medicals?

Thanks so much for your response littleOwl, I'll let him know your opinion regarding the lawyer..

I'm stressing that it should be a good one, a specialist in medical problems. Not sure how easy will it be to find such a lawyer...
I would advise also to dig as much information as your friend can himself, and take some consultations from panel physicians too. Good luck to your friend!
