P.S.: All crap. I do not agree with you. I am sure many those who are already in Canada will agree with me because I have been here from past 4.5 years, so what you are saying I dont agree with any of those. I can provide you with a reply to every 14 points you mentioned include advantage and drawsback but just dont want to waste my time. No offence though

Thanks for the rsponse Goku !!! That message literally demotivated me for some time and I started thinking of alternatives like L1, H1B, Singapore work permits and many more in my mind at the same time.. I am married and have 1 year old Kid.. I am earning more than 1L per month here and suddenly started thinking whether I went into wrong direction with Canada PR :-\ :-\

Now I am relieved :)

Hey Buddy,

Refer to Goku's response on 10921 page . Goku's response was in reference to a post by three star on 10920 page

Is it correct that Police Certificate requirements may vary depending on countries? For instance, immigration officers may require FBI checks from citizens of some countries, while for some countries regular police certificates would suffice?

Please advise

Hi admins,
my application was returned today due to debit card failure. I am not sure what has gone wrong with withdrawal because my Malaysian CIMB card is set at a right limit.

Guys .. its not strange at all.. every case is different.. There are many factors which may drive verfication slow, like
1) Travel history - Whether you have travelled to other country. If yes, then definitely the process is going to be delayed as background/security verification is going to take more time than the ones who are are in the same country since they born
2) Reputation of the company that you are working which provides different modes of responses available to VO to get required confirmations. If it is a well known MNC, then verification will be easy and fast
3) Number of companies you worked for
4) straight forwardness of the case

These are few as I understand... I got these details just from my experience following in this forum.. there might be many other such cases.. if we do some analysis getting details from people who got PPRs and MRs, then we can understand the strategy behind it

I seriously dont think NDVO is picking up some random files for sure.. it should be very professional process and they cannot do random picks

Verification generally happens after PER and before MR . They can however verify a case at any point of time , but that happens for very few cases , not all .

If they verify all cases again after MR/PCC/RPRF, that would result in heavy backlog .

The basis of our hope is that many people after July applicants got PER before those of July. There are many similar exmaples here and there. I am not sure how can this happen at CIC but many people on this forum justified this by the complexity of an application. Or, sometimes depending on the officer or other factors. Just postpone your worries till January 2015 as long as you consider you have a well prepared application with the required job duties.

AZMIN1980 0121 New Delhi 5/7/2014 - PPR received

This is the updated list

this is really frustrating as we dont know why they are doing so, they should at least intimate applicants why the delay is like in general, if not possible for every case.
i dont thing the delay is for security checks as why all ppr's came only in 1 day. if sec checks were the reasons, they all would have come at different dates..this is non sense on behalf of NDVO.
