Hi Friends,

I have an urgent query ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

I just realised that by mistake i have missed one entry in my travel history document (when i came to india for one week vaccation), though i received my PER on 27 nov'14

Can anyone suggest me if this is a thing for me to be worried???? i am extremely tensed now.
No need to worry........7 days can not be of any concern....Now let me check mine too..:(

In my opinion and experience, you do not need a cover letter...well of course if there is a unique situation you are trying to explain to CIC which you feel they should know (e.g missing docs etc etc), then you can write a cover letter...your answer is "to whom it may concern"

-it is very compulsory you send along your honors and Masters transcripts and certificates along with original ECA...sending higher secondary certs applies only to those who have gotten their sec certs evaluated through ECA and wants to use them i.e if they do not have bachelors or post sec studies.

Cheers!!!

Two questions to seniors. Please response:

- If i write a covering letter with my application to whom I should address that? Is it "File Processing Officer" or should I write To Whom it may Concern...
- If I claim points for Honors and masters, is it required to send secondary/higher secondary certificates with my application or only honors, masters materials are okay?

Friends, what does this e-mail means?

Dear xxx:

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. Your application has been transferred to a visa office outside Canada for further review of your eligibility and admissibility for a permanent resident visa.

The Canadian visa office in XXXXX will communicate with you via e-mail. The email you receive will come from email addresses that end in “@international.gc.ca” or “@cic.gc.ca”. Please add these to the “safe senders” list in your email program. You should also check your junk mail folder in your email program and/or in your email website in case important emails get filtered into this folder.

Please note that the visa office in XXXX cannot respond to case status enquiries at this time. We ask you to be patient and wait until that office contacts you within the next two months. Your patience will permit the visa office to begin work on your application more quickly.

However, if your personal circumstances change, such as the birth or adoption of a child, a marriage or a divorce, you must inform that visa office immediately. They must also be informed if any of the following change:

· Change of email address

· Change of residential or mailing address

· Change of immigration representative (if applicable)

· Decision to withdraw your application

· Approval of Arranged Employment Opinion by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada

Please forward all future correspondence as follows:

Yes, go to police station. Pass 5 x 1000 rupees under the table and ask policemen this same question. He'll give you and answer there an then! ;D :) :P

Or if you prefer a cheaper option, then visit http://www.wikihow.com/Apply-for-the-Police-Clearance-Certificate-in-India

:D

Jaxon,
Not a question of cheap or expensive. But please do not advocate something that is wrong. Even in humour.

Also i have seen on https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx
There is a special provision for Enquiry / Replacement & Amendments of documents , would it be more advisable or should i send the Courier.

Hey man, this shouldn't be a concern lol...if there is any big issue and that you have travelled for that 7days to commit a national/international offence loool, then you should be worried...besides I do not see you committing those offense...rest your mind bro

Cheers!!!

Folks a clariifcation in general, folks from NDVO who have received their MR can clarify it. I have noticed that the MR request for a few folks contains request for PP bio pages as well. Has this been the case for all? Or has it varied for each one of us? Personally mine did not contain it. Hence the question. Is it like a pre cursor of sorts for a PPR request?

Thanks. But my ECA is done for Honors and Masters only. Even though should I send secondary documents?
Some time secondary certificates are considered for age proof and i have attached the same for that purpose. As per point no. 8 of Form IMM5669 Schedule A guidelines , You have to mention latest 10 years of history. In secondary is lying with 10 year then you should include.
