I am sure its some sh*tty error from some customer service person who cant pay simple attention to details...sorry this happened but this should be your first step after sending your application(notifying your cc company constantly). do not give up, I hope they will try again because they usually attempt 3times I think. this depends on the officer...believe n good luck!!!

I had duties for two separate NOCs with the same company and I only sent one letter with the two sets of duties listed in separate sections.

Can you please share the format for getting both noc's on same letter. It would be really helpful to me. Thank you!!!

My advice to you is to be patient for 2 to 3months...the first communication from them would be a fee payment charge on your CC/DD which you can confirm through CC online profile/text/sms or DD(via your bank)...provided all documents are complete, signed and dated enough to pass through the first stage. Do not contact them until after this months and you didn't hear anything.....
