Guys, I remember that I read somewhere that FSWP will be continued until April 30th, 2015. There will be an overlap period with Express Entry. I tried today to find this information on CIC official website but I didn't find it. May anyone support me by this link?

FSWP closes effective 1st Jan 2015 when EE will open. Earlier the possibility was there, but now none.

Hi Everyone! I am planning to apply under noc 0911 within 2-3 days. I performed duties both under noc 2141 Industrial and manufacturing engineers for 2 yrs and nearly 4.5 yrs in noc 0911 Manufacturing Managers in the same Company. My query is how to get Reference letters for both these noc's from my employer. Do I need get them separately on two letters mentioning duties performed in each noc or on a single letter? please advice. its urgent Thank you!!

I had duties for two separate NOCs with the same company and I only sent one letter with the two sets of duties listed in separate sections.

I have sent my application for FSW 2014 which has reached your office on October 10th.

I recently wrote to you in order to ask for my UCI but probably due to the high volume of e-mails you have been receiving I haven't received a reply yet.

However, this time, I would like to address a different subject. Even though my application has not been returned to me, I do believe my suggestion is in the best interest of everyone involved in FSW 2014.

Since FSW 2014 will end on December therefore not even lasting a full year (Started April/May) and the overall 25000 cap is nowhere near being completed, would it be possible for CIC/CIO to accept applications from people that got their application package back for any reason (missing signature, any document, etc.) if they included the letter from CIC which states the reason?

I do believe that would be welcomed by everyone throughout the world since EE 2015 changes the rules dramatically.

This is just an overall suggestion and again thanks for the opportunity that FSW represents for people searching for a better place to live and where their skills can be useful.

You are right Jaxon, well said, all they can say is: I apologise for your inconvenience

You'll be lucky if they truly apologize for anything! Their apologies almost always sound like an easy way to end the call and move to "next" customer for another fake apology. There's no clear accountability in many if not most cases so when you contact your bank they simply act like they don't know nothing, these all transactions happen in outer space which they pretend to be beyond their control, even if the same person promised you that your transactions will be approved only a month ago!

Thanks for the reply! My only worry is the error I made in background / declaration form about US tourist visa refusal (I've sent across a new corrected form to VO but not sure how will they react).

I have learned that one guy got CC charged even after he sent across new form to CIC, he had made same error as I did only difference is that he sent new form to CIC before CC got charged and I sent it to VO because my PER was nearly there when I realized my mistake.
