RPRF is payed by adults only. The 150$ the VO asked for is the processing fee that should be payed with the fee payment form, the same oneyou used at CIO stage.

Yes I know but I want to add my newborn child and they send me an email in which refer to mentioned link and asked me to send all documents with email including 150 $ fee. I have already mail application fee for my wife and I to cio.

After seeing so many folks getting their CCs charged, I finally called up the SBI branch in Hyderabad (NRI branch, Jubilee Hills). The kind lady on the other side said that none of the canada DDs that they have issued after 1st Aug have been charged!!!

I am worried - is it something wrong with this particular bank's DDs or are the CIC folks not charging any of the DDs for some God-unknown reasons? I mean how can none of the DDs that were issues after 1st Aug are charged??

I would be really glad if someone could throw some light on this. Thank you in advance!

Regards,
Nikhil.

Banks in 99% of observed cases tend not to have reliable information on this matter. Wait ~120 days for your letter.

Around 25 days. It might be a little bit outdated because I can't access the SS right now. For more reliable details follow the link of the SS in my signature.

They are processing in order reports received from 3d parties doing the background checks.

There are cases I've seen where CIC accepted amendments / additional documents so yes, there is a chances. Faster you act, better the chance.
Make sure you provide all your personal details, i.e name, DoB, address and date when app reached CIC in your cover letter to help CIC find out your app easily.

Thanks Friend

Maybe, but even then it should have some sequence ...., my work ex is all in multi national companies.
So verification should not have taken much time

Then I can imagine you traveled a lot and some applicant for instance has lived in one city at the same address all his life.

Dear seniors!!
Please help .............. Please help .............. Please help .............. Please help .............. Please help

I am an Indian National by birth, unfortunately I do not have my birth certificate with me, so alternately I have submitted Original copy of “AFFIDAVIT IN LIEU OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE
The last page of my affidavit is mentioned as below
“I make this solemn declaration by virtue of the Statutory Declarations Act 1995 as amended and subject
to the penalties provided by that Act for the making of false statements in statutory declarations to be
true in every particular”

(Deponent Name/Signature)

Now the Problem is that I have not signed the Affidavit myself, so will CIC reject the file?
Is there any way I can approach them in middle and notify them?
Lastly Along with my unsigned affidavit I also sent SSC [Secondary school certificate]/PAN CARD & Driving licence will any of this documents act as substitutes.

Please advise, please

FIYAZALI

Bro i think if you sent 10th Marksheet which contain your Name, parents name and DOB, then it is fine ... no problem.
And if you mentioned in cover letter that you are sending 10th Marksheet instead of birth certificate.

Because i send 10th Marksheet for my spuse as DOB proof and i haven't sent any affidavit...and i got charged and got PER too.
Don't worry bro, everything will be fine.
