Hi,
We apply for noc 0311 [Manager in Health Care] in july, 30, received by CIC officer in august, 7.
In october, 24, they returned application for issues about letter of reference and that i have missed a proof of education attach to the ECA original report.
The funny thing is that from october, 24, the documents returned to me on december, 1, the day that i have calculated to have an answer for PER, due fact that there was a lot of time since I applied and not getting a negative response.
The mail post was in "journey" for about one month before came to me.
Anyway, I have ri-check my doc and applied again in december, 15.
And I'm waiting... for a positive answer this time, of course, maybe in first week of mars.
I wish all of you that have applied for FWSP to get a positive response.

Decision made status updated on the same day i received PPR...for NDVO decision made status means PPR receipt...
I think so...bcoz my status changed on the same day 12/12

because one of our forum mate got his ECAS status decision change.. but haven't received the PPR yet.. that means his PPR is on the way...!!

also it will help PPR waiting Club from NDVO..

I was charged on 22 Nov and ECAS showed around 9 Dec. PER 12 Dec.
I think it is early to be worried.

I have applied from India for NOC 1123. My file was received on 29th of August and i was charged for fees on my credit card on 23rd of November but haven't got PER mail. Can somebody pls tell me how much time do they take before sending the mail?

Hold your horses dear.. Majority of applicants around your timeline are also waiting (Including me). I think coming week would bring good news for all of us.

Confirmation mail (PER mail) usually takes 2 - 4 weeks to come. Congrats on your CC charge

Ah that darn confirmation is what gives sleepless nights to all applicants.. But eventually, it comes in your inbox (18-25 days later, unless you are from Hot NOC- in that case a bit early)

but the mail content you posted, only mentions VFS in it.

They have provided VFS as an another option....

Please provide passports or travel documents for yourself and each accompanying dependant, along with a copy of this letter, to the visa office in New Delhi. Please see the VFS Visa Application Centre (India) website for details on how to transmit your passports to the Canadian High Commission: http://www.vfsglobal.ca/Canada/India/.

They required our passports to process our application (read the first line) and in second line they has instructed us that how to submit our passports as an option...we can take a help of VFS for transmitting our passports...
