we all r worried about same thing.

if cap is not reached then why no cahrging for 2132 after 26 september?

relax , in the past 2 weeks or even earlier we noticed alot of charges for noc 2132 more than other nocs , so maybe they r just balancing other nocs with 2132 , anyway the coming days will set so many ppl of 2132 on fire waiting for charges and for per ,so pray, pray and pray

The only fact available that if the CAP reached, they would update it. So what we all have to do is waiting for the coming days to tell us what is going on.

1) Only when they ask for it.
2) Should I send it before that ??

You should have sent it with your application. Now you should only send it if they ask fo it.
