guys when should I send my PCC to VO?

1) Only when they ask for it.
2) Should I send it before that ??

If you have not submitted it with the application then submit the PCC only when they ask for it.

Not really, after DD "encashment", generally it now takes between 3-4 weeks for PER. I got mine after 3 weeks. Definitely, this week
My DD was cashed 18th Nov and got PER 10th Dec. ....so do the maths!!

Don’t worry friends
The highest numbers of applicants are for the month of September only.
October applicants are not that much when compared to September, referring to SS
And as mentioned by KSA at least first week of applicants are already included in 624 caps
Also its confirms that after complete check CIC updates the caps
If the October applicants were under danger then CIC may have updated the caps to 1000 last week itself, what u all say
