Hi everyone,

I have applied under NOC 1212 and my app reached on Oct 16th. In the background declaration form, I mentioned "NO" where it asks if there have been any visa rejections whether a temp visa, visit visa or a PR visa. I have 2 rejections for UK visit visa, one in 2007 and the other in 2012 (including my spouse's). In 2007, I had submitted a fax copy of the leave approval letter and hence the app was rejected. I reapplied for the visa in 2007 immediately with the original and the visa was issued. In 2012, the reason given was insufficient funds. I did not reapply.

What is the process of intimating CIC regarding the same? My CC has not been charged yet. And do I need to send the copy of the reason for rejection letter or mention only the reference numbers given by them. And what if I do not have those letters with me?

Got UCI No. from call centre...Online status showing - In Process since last 2 weeks......

What is happening??????????

Having 12 years of work experience in the same field.....When applied I was Unemployed......But now I am employed

Please advise what should be done.....

No worries, this week will see the arrival of your PER if it is not sitting in your inbox/spam already. I understand the frustration!!!

But no 2nd line update in ECAS and no MR email..

My all documents are genuine ...

Experts : Any clue whts wrong in my case ?

Ratan..i am also of NOC0113..DD encashed on 25th Nov..2 weeks already passed..lets hope they will send PER to both of by this week. May be for NOC's starting with 0, the officers take more time to evaluate and screen the applications..just my guess..

Not really, after DD "encashment", generally it now takes between 3-4 weeks for PER. I got mine after 3 weeks. Definitely, this week

My DD was cashed 18th Nov and got PER 10th Dec. ....so do the maths!!

Reason I am requesting to share this mail is
We are in Canada and wanted to get confirmed if NDVO is giving Ottawa VO passport stamping option to all or not. If they are not giving then I have to see what step to follow so that I can get passport stamped in Ottawa VO

How good is following information regarding E-Medical:

1. Once E-Medical is uploaded it goes to Database and try to link with your file automatically on IMEI#.
2. If everything was good in medical report then it takes batch job 1-2 weeks / working days to update ECAS sts.
3. If there is some issues with medical then your medical report stays pending with VO physician to review and following things happens and ECAS doesn't gets updated:
A. If VO physician thinks that person needs more tests he will inform candidate and get the more results done usually it is done with in 10-15 days after uploading results.
B. If VO physician doesn't think any other tests are required he will manually approve the medical results and those will gets updated in E-CAS site. But if he doesn't approve it and forgets it they will remain in his queue.

Now, question here is "Does any one had some issue with his/her medical and in how many days VO gets back to them?" When was ECAS updated?

CC charged: November 21st
PER: December 14th
