Hi ramysaid.. what idefix said is completely correct.. One doesn't need to sign or write date on additional pages that are sent as addendum to main application forms. I did the same so you should relax!

I got PPR on 12th December and I paid the RPRF online. No issues here, so you can go with online payment itself.
