i have more than 6 years experience, do i have to write duties in front of the appropriate check box and write (none) in the filed of 1, 2, 3... years experience, the other question, about the signature and date of the application forms, the pdf allow to write the date using computer should i use hand writing also for writing the date

Which additional sheet? Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP)?

If so, recall the file because it's 100% it will cause the rejection of your application if it is not signed.

no no gys what i mean is thatf you need more space for any section, print out an additional page containing the appropriate section, complete it and submit it along with your application...............so i make that additional page what i mean the additional page............is that additional page should be signed and dated????

My CC got charged on 12/12.

My first CC got blocked due to data breach. I did sent additional mail with cover letter, barcoded page and new CC information during October. Finally my new CC got charged.

I have created a new entry in SS. I was not having my edit link to SS.

Yes but your first entry is for NOC 2172... And you have created a new one for NOC 2171 which might rise confusion among the people who are not yet charged even for Sep 2 applicants...

You don't need to sign additional pages as long as they accompany signed forms. You are good, relax and wait 120 days for PER .

Not necessary they take employer reference for each and every applicant. So relax

Can we request CIC by any means that we dont want to disclose our processing to current employer & so avoid any direct verification ? I mean by mentioning their name & purpose if they verify then it will be negative impact on current job & i may loose chances of internal transfer at canada .
If they verify with random persons or HR then it may be an issue. If they call the persons who gave reference, it would be fine.

You dont need to sign additional sheet used.It is not mentioned anywhere in the application guide that additional forms should be signed,as long as you attach it to the required form and sign the form which it is accompanying,you also need to type your name on top and the question you are answering.Follow the application guide and you will be fine.

Why do you say so? The Guide 7000 just mentions: "If you need more space for any section, print out an additional page containing the appropriate section, complete it and submit it along with your application."

It doesn't need to be signed.

Hi everyone,


My friend intend to apply under this year in FSW 2014 , the NOC in which he wants to apply is almost empty , like only 60 out of 1000 applications have been processed positively as per the official CIC website. Having said that, His all the documents are ready , like ECA Report, experience letter etc .. each and every document is ready... except IELTS ... He attempted the exam today and he will get the Result report for IELTS on 25th of december ... which means that , even if he dispatches the packet by 25th of december itself ... it is nearly impossible for the packet to be delivered before 1st of Jan 2014 , due to holidays ... i have confirmed from every agent like dhl, aramex, fedEx, ups etc .. they assured me that it will take almost more than a week if I give them the packet on 25th ... Now please advice me with the options I am left with ? what shall I advice him ? He was saying that ... he can send the packet by this week itself and like attach an declaraton letter stating that the IELTS result report , he will dispatch on 25th ... So is it okay ? I mean shall he proceed with this or Shall he wait until 25th of december and dispatch all the documents by 25th of december which will be received by CIC in the first week of Jan 2015 , for sure ...

Please advice

One option which is very difficult & rare, if you can find any relative/friend traveling to canada on 25th night & if he/she can courier it right away(at the latest by 27th/28) after landing. I think there are 1-2 day delivery options available from USA/canada. This depend on your current location as well.
But try to get in touch with any travel agent if you know in your friend circle. I can see this as last try for you.
