This chart includes old data also.
In total of 5 PPR ... 2 applicants got PR.

@ CPR2014 - bro if possible please short out list with current entry's... Like in PPR column please show applicants count whose current status is PPR... Which is 3 ..not 5 for ndvo

hi i got PER on 7th oct and 2nd line on 15nov no MR by now....ANY ONE ON THIS FORUM GOT REJECTED AFTER 2ND LINE, AND BEFORE MR...

There seem to be many others in this forum with 2nd line update awaiting MR for an extended period of time. Fingers crossed, everyone will sail through. But like others, you may also write to NDVO. If I am not mistaken indresh83 wrote to them a couple of times and got a response that background verificTions are in process.

My Credit card transaction was declined twice on 11th Nov. they tried once more on 13th nov and it went through. just ensure you communicate to the credit card company that such transation is expected and should not be declined. also check what is is ur international transaction limit. increase it asap.

I want to know, can we apply and get PCC before local VO sends PCC/MR request

or

after getting PCC/MR request only we need to process for PCC/MR

You can get your pcc before they request it and keep it with you till they ask for it, for MR, you need to wait for thier request, as they will send you some forms that the doctor will require.

Bro its a long queue and long wait ...
Right now last 2 weeks of June and allmost all July applicants waiting for 2nd line updation.

Hi Dear,

I think the one who suggested you to change your passport has least knowledge on the passport process.

Passport can only be chnaged when it is from the following (may e some other genuine reasons which i not mentioned), else there will be complications as queries will raise for reason of change;
- near to 6-12 months
- sir name change if applying for visa
- Damaged or Lost
-All pages are filled with stampings and u need a fresh passport to get new stampings

I suggest you to take address proof of your current address from the time you are residing and also the current one (e.g staying from 2003 to 2014...then proof of 2003 and also 2014)

*I think one who suggested you is a broker checking out for money, please be careful. Else passport cannot be changed on behalf of any tom ...dick and harry's suggestion.

The passport officer at Vijay Char Rasta PSK at Ahmedabad is suggesting me the same. When I went for second time with my gas connection book as a proof of my current address, he asked me to use the same to re-issue my passport for address change and then get the PCC Done. He is clearly harassing me and my wife. When we went first time he told us that the rent agreement (notarized) wont work. i stay on rent and i dont have any other address proof as well. i got frustrated and now i have taken 3rd appointment on 15th dec but this time i changed the location to another PSK at Ahmedabad(Mithakali six Roads). Keeping my fingers crossed this time. By the way , i am contemplating filing an RTI Query with ministry of external affairs regarding the same or atleast complaint against the officer.

i received credit card transaction decline message twice within a span of 2 minutes. i quickly called the bank and relised the international transaction limit was low. got it increased in next 15 minutes. they tried after 2 days and it went through!
