according to me, It is really better to apply at the time of submission. because, some of countries have very long protocol to get PCC and it will surely delay our application for canada. I have applied for this PCC after i get PER and have submitted this PCC after 2 months of my due date given by NDVO. I am really worried now that NDVO did not send extension period and did not reply to my query. but anyway, i have sent it once i get it. These 2 months are the very worst period that u never know what would happen next day on either side(PCC and NDVO). It could be avoided by applying it very early. but one point to keep in mind is that some PCC's has validity period of only 6 months.

1) Can somebody share the link for paying RPRF Fees online for NDVO
2) How much does Medical check cost for me, spouse and a 4 year old kid? can the same be paid by card or only cash is accepted?
3) can somebody share guidelines on how to send documents to NDVO for Medical check , PCC
This is important for me to know in advance as i received PER on 18th Nov and now awaiting precious email from NDVO.
