Amazing Year! It shows how professional and consistent CIC has been right from 1st May! I still maintain, they know what they are doing and they are doing it right! Great job CIC team... Cheers! & Merry Christmas!! folks.

I have read on this forum today that 9th October NOC 2132 got his file back saying caps full.

Sunsat said:CIC is working on some NOC's fast and on some slow. It's crazy waiting for any news. But many September applicants like us need to be a little patient I guess. Mine 10 Sep NOC 2131 DD mode. No news at all. I think we need to wait for one more week.

1.) If I tell CIC now about my marriage, then it will delay my application and I will have to re-send my financial documents (C$15,000), then need to shell out embassy fees and visa fees . . . . . (hence, I was thinking to get my visa and then inform CIC about my marriage) . . . .
2.) on the contrary however, If I dnt tell CIC and apply my spouse's visa after getting my visa, then I heard CIC take 1 year - 2 year to apply for spouse's visa. And I will need to show (register) my marriage at a later date . . . . .
I am sure, some candidates have/are applied/applying for their spouses too, can someone guide, what shall I do . . . . obviously, I want my wife to join me soon . . . . . Does it really takes longer, if I apply for my wife's visa, once, I land in Canada . . . .
I heartily thank you for your invaluable time and consideration . . . .
Regards,
AJ
