It may depend on an officer. One person on Ukrainian forum got their work experience checked (phone calls) after medicals. Interesting about that case is that the meds were received very quickly, 31 days after PER.
Sometimes checks are done simultaneously with applicants undergoing meds. It all depends on some unknown factors

Thanks a lot!! Yeah even for me...I received MR within 40 Days of PER

I have underwent medicals in Mumbai with emedical.
Firstly, they take ur details and ready ur paperwork.
Secondly, they check ur height, weight, BP, take ur consent for HIV blood testing, eye testing, physical examination with the general physician wherein he/she asks about any relevant medical history.
Thirdly, blood and urine samples are collected.
Last Chest PA view xray. Thats all.
Unless they find any reason to doube any medical condition, i dont believe they ask for any further tests.
I dont think BMI is specifically checked.
Both me and my hubby when we appeared for the medicals are safe to say were overweight.
Unless u have any medical issues which may pose a threat to Canadian resources or pose health risk to its people, u r fine.

thanks for sharing the information...

Hi addy_singh,

Weight and height is measured (so I presume BMI can easily be deduced by the doctor). However, even if your BMI is above 25 and there is no other issue (high BP, blood sugar, TB, HIV, Syphilis) then there is nothing to worry :-)

Don't worry and try to relax. It will help in keeping your BP under control ;D ;D
Cheers!

thanks bro

Very Very Urgent

Hello Friends

Just to ask you that i have my old UCI number since september 2010 and i have applied again on 26th Sep 2014.

Now yesterday i called CIC and they ask me some my details and confirmed my UCI which is same however after talking to that lady i found that they have updated my new email id which i have given in my latest application.

Initially it was yahoo and currently it is ymail...

So what could be the outcome of the above incidence...

please share your opinion...

hi sandy

take a chill pill friend. Don't try to read too much between the lines. Just wait for the concrete evidences of your application moving up the process chain like cc/dd charging, PER etc. Since you are sep 26 applicant, i am sure your cc/dd charging must be round the corner
