Hello Friends

Just to ask you that i have my old UCI number since september 2010 and i have applied again on 26th Sep 2014.

Now yesterday i called CIC and they ask me some my details and confirmed my UCI which is same however after talking to that lady i found that they have updated my new email id which i have given in my latest application.

Initially it was yahoo and currently it is ymail...

So what could be the outcome of the above incidence...

please share your opinion...

Dear friends!

I'm new to this forum. FSW NOC5125. Appliction was delivered on Aug 25, CC charged on Nov 21.
waiting for PER. we checked our application through UCI number, the only line is Application received on Aug 25. We didn't see any update, even CC charge information was not indicated. What should I expect?

First line is displayed after Data Entry, the step following Cost recovery at CIO. This is when an electronic file is created in GCMS. PER, AOR and file transfer don't trigger a CAS update.

Second line appears when the assigned IPA opens file in GCMS and begins processing it by initiating document verification and criminality check. Upon completion he/she sends MR.

Third line appears when medical results are received and approved by CIC. Then IPA launches security check.

Fourth line appears upon completion of security checks and final determination of admissability and eligibility by IPA. As a result an applicant generally receives PPR.

Hi Experts,

Need your expert advise.....

My application was Recd. on 11 Aug under NOC 0113 and I have got UCI No. from call center.

The online status shows - In Process - We have recd. your application on 11 Aug.

I haven't recd. my PER till date. Does that mean that they are still going through my documents or they have sent back my file.

Neither. Applications under your NOC are placed under managerial scrutiny (Program Support Officer) at CIO. So, expect delays in processing

Can you put advise what does that mean.....Managerial Scrutiny (Program Support Officer) and how much time it generally takes?

I have seen people in same NOC getting PER quickly than mine. I am having 12 years of work Experience in this field with 6+ yrs in International Locations.

Few days ago i asked Mexico City Visa office about the status of my app. (Medicals and ROPR delivered on 07-Nov-14)
Here's the answer:

Sir,

We acknowledge reception of the documents you have recently submitted.

We also confirm the reception of the results of the medical examinations for you and your spouse; these results will be valid until October 31 2015

Your application is under background verifications. We are still awaiting the results of background enquiries from Colombia. Since these verifications are made by a different office than this one, an exact review schedule is not yet available. However, all applications are reviewed in the order in which they were received.

Please note that our office cannot provide you with an update of case status by email on a regular basis, but rest assured that we will contact you for the next stage of the processing of your file.

Our office will contact you should we require additional documents or information.
We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

So im basically waiting for the background checks to be send to Mexico City VO. I started my backgorund verification process on Oct 22th, im a bit worried because of the ineptitude of some Colombian Organizations...

One query here...Does this mean that Background Checks are done after Medicals and RPRF request? OR does it depends on VO to VO?

It's the same test - BMI won't be checked.

Anything wrong with your BMI number?

Blood pressure was the number I worried about

I have recovered my UCI # from my 2011 application and got the remarks "In Process", i do hope this is a great sign. My address was already updated in the ecas site. I deeply pray that my application will face no further hurdle in the process. Goodluck to us all!
