Hi..i got an email from NDVO That my PCC has not been received by them where as I had send them my PCC..In d email they have said my husband's pcc is there but mine in not there so they have asked me to send en by 12th jan.

Should I apply again for pcc or email them that I have already sent them...Please sugest

Don't send it by email.. send it thru courier if you already have a second copy.. Offcourse original.. not photocopy..

I got a friend who intend to apply under FSW 2014 ... Each and every document is ready ... even the ECA report is with him now, experience letter etc ... everything is with him noww... But the only problem is that he is attempting ielts shortly in a day ... it's result report will be out on 25th ... So is it fine if he dispatch his packet by 25th of december 2014 itself ? ... Please advice ... He is really tensed now ...

There is a strong possibility that you will not make it till New Year. It's holidays, the post and couriers are way overloaded. But by all means try. Don't forget to scan all your documents before sending.

I believe the core question is when would your friend get the IELTS report in hand since only after that can your friend send the package.
Are the results disclosed on Dec 25th or is the report in-hand expected on Dec 25th?

Yes, by 25th morning , the original result report will be in his hand , in the hard form ... !!!

Got my passport request today from NDVO. Thanks a lot for your support. Below is my timeline:
App Filed on 21st May
CC Charge on 3rd Sept
PER on 12th Sept
Medicals on 3rd Nov
Medicals done on 6th Nov
3rd Line updated on 21st Nov
PPR on 12th Decemer.

Will update the spreadsheet once I go home from office.

So happy to see NDVO started issuing PPR!!

Happy for him.. congrats too him too.. But not so happy with this sentence that NDVO started issuing PPR... They have already done the same with 2 guys.. So we should be happy if the issuance continues every day next week and on and on...

dear, same NOC, DD, 19th Sep, still counting.... wait for another 10 days. As far as I know only one or two September receiving file has been encashed, rest are still waiting.

Then there is no point in waiting.. Get hold of UPS beforehand and check if they will be open on 25th as its holiday.. Also instruct them that if it wont be delivered by 31st then they should return the package to you..(friend).. Hope you understand and I am clear..

You cant call anyone ask to your DD status, you might be knowing the person who who dealt your case or the Branch manager, so call that guy and ask him that " Sir, i've taken a DD of some XXXXX from ur Bank, i want to know whether the DD is encashed or not". FOr sure they will respond and give you the status of your DD with the DATE of encashment.Some time they might ask you to submit a letter in written.

First, 20th July was Sunday....
Second, In your first post you mentioned PER on 14th Nov, now you are saying 19th Nov.
Third, you don't have SS entry, being 2171 it is bit awkward.

You have created your this profile after seeing that many July applicants are anxious about MR. Then you started making ground talking about WWI** charging hefty money and started asking is it possible to get MR within a month.

So, apply your skills on something constructive !!!

Sorry to say but it would be good to comply with what is asked in the email rather than questioning them back. Only request you may consider putting forward to them is increase in time frame required to submit the PCC citing reasons why it takes long. Seniors may advise more.

Where are you located.. It should not be 2 months process.. Frome wherever you got the PCC issued show them the photo copy and ask them to issue a new copy .. That would be better idea.. Don't try to convince NDVO.. Try and get the PCC.. You have one month from now.. NDVO may again say the same thing.. PCC is required original as per their guide and they would need that..
