I got a friend who intend to apply under FSW 2014 ... Each and every document is ready ... even the ECA report is with him now, experience letter etc ... everything is with him noww... But the only problem is that he is attempting ielts shortly in a day ... it's result report will be out on 25th ... So is it fine if he dispatch his packet by 25th of december 2014 itself ? ... Please advice ... He is really tensed now ...

I believe the core question is when would your friend get the IELTS report in hand since only after that can your friend send the package.
Are the results disclosed on Dec 25th or is the report in-hand expected on Dec 25th?

guys I have one question....even though I have done with medicals and awaiting ppr.....still want to clear one thing and for my info.

I was visiting cic website...I visited this webpage where they have shown how to calculate points for education for FSWP. here is the link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/factor-education.asp

now they have mentioned

25 points full for PHD or equal level of education

23 points for Master level or equal OR entry to practice professional degree. they have further elaborated that to claim 23 points ur education MUST be in any of the following fields which are Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry, Podiatry, Optometry, Law, Chiropractic Medicine, or Pharmacy.

22 points for 2 or more Canadian post secondary degrees, diploma or equal.

I m not explaining further. the point is that if u have done masters in any of the above mentioned fields ONLY than ONLY u can claim 23 points. else for all other masters u will get 22 points. am I correct?

like I have done MBA and my CES ECA says its equivalent to Canadian level masters degree but since its not in any one field that is mentioned above for 23 points, will I be getting just 22 points for that? is it true that only degrees from any field mentioned above will get 23 points? else all people having masters in any field will get 22 points only?

please help and clear out my understandings cos I was self calculating 23 points for myself in my app. but just now read its details and I think according to it I got 22 points for education instead of 23. thanks

I would suggest get the application packet ready by 25th and dispatch on 25th itself and i recommend to use UPS for courier delivery. They have very good delivery service to canada and take 3-4 days from the date of receipt.

PPR on 12th Decemer.

that 15 oct CC is not for 2132....that is for 1123

latest charge CC for 2132 is 24 or 25 september i think

Hi..i got an email from NDVO That my PCC has not been received by them where as I had send them my PCC..In d email they have said my husband's pcc is there but mine in not there so they have asked me to send en by 12th jan.

Should I apply again for pcc or email them that I have already sent them...Please sugest

you can call you bank ask them to let you know the DD status, then they will send an internal mail of them selves( their internal) and let you knw in 2 working days for sure..
