Can anyone pls shed some light on this...............After PER and file transferred to local VO, what kind of background check does CIC perform? Is it a usual practice for CIC to call up our work place and speak to supervisors? Or else?

Once the file has been transferred to VO, VO will perform the background checks. These are random and they are performed by 3rd party vendors. This is what i have learnt from this forum.

how can u say this ? i mean till sep 8th it was 613 . do u think there were 400 applications in the sep month?

As of now the latest CC charged date is 14 Oct. When can we expect the CC charge for nov 5 applicant (noc 2281). Pls let me know your thoughts

I M NOC 4011, DD APPLICANT AND RECEIVED 26 SEPTEMBER. STILL NO NEWS. 76 DAYS PASSED. I AM CONFUSED WHY CC AND DD CASH DATE DIFFERENT. FOR INTERNATIONAL DD I THINK NO NEED MORE TIME.

20 JULY : APPLICATION FILLED
19 NOV : PER
11 DEC : MR REQUEST

PREPARE FOR MEDICALS ... GUYS ANY IDEA ... PRECAUTIONS BEFORE MR??

WHAT ??? Are you from NDVO ? If yes, why do NDVO jump to mid July applicants when so many May and June applicants are eagerly waiting for MR ?

Can you please tell me whether 2nd line has been updated in your ECAS ..

My CC was charged on 11 NOV and till now no PER. NOC 3111.
Can anybody tell, if no PER then should there be a non-eligibility email or one has to wait for the application to be returned.
