Hi Friends,

My File received on 22nd august, DD not yet en cashed as per bank.....its almost 110 day.

Please advice should i call toll free number.I have applied own my own.....no agent involved so i am very tensed.

I received my PER after 125 days.

If you want to call the toll free number. Call 0016139444000 and follow the prompts and get your UCI number.

Then try checking on eCAS. One of my friends who is 8th August applicant has not received his PER yet. His CC Charge date was 10th November.

Hello,

I have sent my application NOC 2133 , received by CIC on the 9th of October. However due to a bank issue my credit card is blocked and I have been issued a new fee payment form. I had immediately dispatched the new fee payment form, which also is received by them. Im very worried. Please suggest what more can I do to salvage the situation??

My application has been received by Mr. DAN in CIC on 13th November 2014. No response from CIC till date.

Should I contact CIC or wait for their response. What is time limit of CIC response?

I sent my package to CIC recently thro DHL. WHen I checked the tracking status , i found that It has been reached. But the details about who received it is MISSING. Has anyone sent their package thro DHL and faced the same . Is it usual that DHL doesnt update the 'recieved by' status

Hi Vijji, Ya thats right, DHL usually does not update the name of the person who has received the package. Hence, nothing to worry.

Hi Friends... I was worried about the RPRF DD that were made by payable at Toronto instead of New Delhi ,since three weeks ago. Many of our forumities replied that it wasn't a good decision and since it was payable at toronto, the timeline for encashment may be too long or unpredictable. But some few members replied, even by PM, that both are right and have nothing to worry...

Finally I got that good news today from my bank that my RPRF DD were encashed by CIC on Dec 1,2014 .. That means , DD received date was Nov 24 and it tooks 18 days for CIC to encash it.

Those who all are having the same situation , just relax and enjoy .. RPRF DD can be make payable at BOTH New Delhi or Toronto. NO issue at all...

man don't panic. i called my bank several times and he said it is not en cashed, i received PER stating that it was en cashed on 11 nov, in 24 nov. i called the bank on 25 nov, he said that the check didn't en cashed yet.
banks don't have accurate info about dd checks.
