I believe that may be i need to wait for couple of weeks because currently they issuing PER mainly to aug applicants.. Somewhere around 22nd Aug date..if i am not wrong..

Rest assured!! My PER just arrived today, I am 22 Aug applicant, CC charged on 21 Nov. So, you see, the 2 weeks timeline is no longer a must, CIC is working much slower on PER these few weeks. Be patient!!

I used IVR 111 111 31 to get mine today. You have to try at different times and hope you come across an agent who is willing to help you. Good luck

CIC doesn't use PER term. In GCMS notes this CIO communication is called AOR.
Some offices still use paper files, that's why they send their own AOR to confirm that the file transfer is succesful.
Half of the VOs in 2014 have been upgraded to GCMS II system, that's why they receive only the electronic file from CIO instantly. As a result, there's no need for another acknowledgement.

Refer to SS, CIC is still busy issuing PER for applicant date falls between 14 Aug and 4 Sep, they are a bit slow these few weeks, but I think they will move on to your application a week or two.

Don't panic yet!!

buddy who told u that after DD cashed out its 2 weeks time? see there is not standard......people have got per in MINIMUM 2 weeks and MAXIMUM 8 weeks as well......so just calm down and don't panic. immigration is all about how calm, relaxed and patience u can remain.

Why? Many of Ukrainians show their houses and apartments as POF and get through, despite the fact that a house in NOT a liquid and unencumbered fund. So, basically, people do not comply with requirements but get through. I guess POF is not vital at CIO stage, смотрят сквозь пальцы (how do you say that in English? Oo)

Actually, the Embassy in my country used to hold information sessions for potential FSW applicants and during one of those sessions they said that a POF may be anything of value, even a house or an appartment and other non-liquid assets too.

It strikes me that CIO let you without POF though

Thank you so much for quick response. While submitting my application I requested to exempt me from POF, since I am already working in Canada with work permit. I received my PER in Oct and thought they wouldn't ask for POF their after. But CO has come back asking for it. Anyhow I am luck, at least CO requested for missing document without rejecting my application.
