PER means Positive Evaluation Review Which you get after completeness check and Credit or Debit Card Charge
AOR means Acknowledge of Receive which you don't get from every visa office. For example NDVO Dont send AOR.

i sent my application in nov 24 my july application got rejected and i sent it back in november
