I am glad to inform that my CC got charged yesterday on Dec 10, 2014, I got its information from bank today. My application received at CIO on Sep 18th for NOC-0911. Now praying for a quick PER.

File was reached there on 4th Sep DD encashed 25 nov, when i can expect PER? Does DD enchash guarantee VISA?

NOTHING guarantees visa other than COPR ITSELF.... VO officer has the right to reject the file at any stage if he feels applicant will not be able succeed economically in Canada and we have seen people getting rejected even after MR.

I am July 16th applicant, when can I expect MR?

Can I start PCC process now?

I am not familiar with NDVO timelines, but SS suggests that you should wait for about 60 days for second line to appear. You can claim PCC anytime after PER, because it is deemed valid for 1 year at VO stage.

Actually what does that office will contact you concerning this decision means?

They will provide the points breakdown, explaining why he didn't meet the pass mark. The application will be retained by CIO.

The refusal seems took place at VO stage.

Big NO. The file is not transfered to VO without PER.

Not yet. My money order has not been cashed as of December 5. My application reached to FBI on Nov. 6.
