He can appeal if and only if, his ECA report clearly mentions it is equivalent to Master degree......

If that is the case 100% he can appeal or even contact the cic to correct the error...

He has two post secondary degrees.

It says
Canada Equivalency : Bachelors Degree (Three years) for Bachelors Degree and
Canada Equivalency : Bachelors Degree (Four years) for Masters Degree

Can he appeal for this?

What do they do with these docs?

For NER, its problem with either Job description or points.... but they met minimum requirement. So CIC needs your file becoz you may challenge the NER in future or you may point their mistake in points calculation or evaluation....

Hey brothers.....

While paying RPRF through CREDIT CARD, generated receipt has many blank boxed like client date of birth, client id, address, postal code...

do we need to fill up the same and then send..right??

and there is no space given for mentioning File No. so we can write it down in the corner...is it OK?

File no is not needed, just fill in the details asked. Mention File number on the postal packet you use for sending RPRF receipt.

I sent my application through DHL today under NOC category 1212. Latest cap updated on 26th NOV has reached 164.
What next? In how many days will CIC update the acceptance of application form & how would I know that apart from courier tracking ofcource?

All the best. There is no way other than courier tracking no. to check date of delivery at CIC office. You may need to wait for 2-3 months for PER, now that process is expected to speed up, given that EE will start from Jan '15.

as per WES summary report, he gets 22 points.

Some Observation for NDVO MR


During Sep Month Total MR came: 92

During Oct Month Total MR came: 113

During Nov Month Total MR came: 101

During Dec (up to 11th Dec) MR came : 8


So, 11 days of Dec has already passed but No. of MR came during the month is 8
