ECAS shows online status for your file only for 360 days after rejection.... looks like its about a year already you have been applied first time...

No, it was from cic, nova scotia.
he received 66 points only. He was suppose to receive 67 points because he had to get 22 points in education as he had 3 years bachelor degree and 2 years master degree. But for this he got only 21 points.
Can he appeal for this?

He can appeal if and only if, his ECA report clearly mentions it is equivalent to Master degree......

If that is the case 100% he can appeal or even contact the cic to correct the error...

I sent my application through DHL today under NOC category 1212. Latest cap updated on 26th NOV has reached 164.
What next? In how many days will CIC update the acceptance of application form & how would I know that apart from courier tracking ofcource?

Last year was the worst for FSW applicants.... CIO-sydney blindly issued PERs with out proper evaluation of documents and points

Also CIO did not verify any of the job description letters.... they did very bad job on that...

CIO-sydney was heavily criticized for what they did last year with FSW-2013(especially before may-2013) stream

Now, its awake and very careful in issuing PERs thats why now the VO rejections are minimum


Anyways you will not get back your money if your ECAS is up that means they placed your application in Q for processing... Also not that in CIO manual its written, even for NER applicants Docs are not sent back only fee will be refunded...

While paying RPRF through CREDIT CARD, generated receipt has many blank boxed like client date of birth, client id, address, postal code...

do we need to fill up the same and then send..right??

and there is no space given for mentioning File No. so we can write it down in the corner...is it OK?

please guide.
