Please guide me on below query. Specially people who have received MR and PCC request might answer my queries better:

In PCC request mail, Does NDVO specifically asks that PCC should be issued from Local Police station or Regional Passport Office? If I arrange PCC in advance from any one of these will it be acceptable to NDVO?

My ecas shows "we received your application on sep 4" what does that mean. When I will get per.

Just keep checking your email, it's on the way FOR SURE!!

I am an applicant from June 16 received PER on OCT 18 2014. VO- NDVO

I applied in 2013 and got rejection and reapplied in 2014 with PER. Till today i was able to see both the processing i.e from my last decision made to now in process but something happened today and there is only one status i.e from the current application. What does that means?
Currently i am waiting for MR and ecas shows We received your application on .....

My friend has same situation as you except he was cc charged on Nov 19. His ecas shows his application in Process. You are safe my friend . Good luck.

ECAS shows online status for your file only for 360 days after rejection.... looks like its about a year already you have been applied first time...

Actually what does that office will contact you concerning this decision means?

He will received the information explaining the causes of refusal which could be not having the pass mark of 67 points or job duties that does not match...

This seems not the case with me. I had NOC rejection in 2012 but still it shows the decision made. I am Sept 26 applicant and awaiting DD charge and PER.

My app was receive on 8 September, CC charged on 24 November. However, I still see nothing in ECAS. Is there a possibility that CIC issued a new UCI for me? (I am using my UCI from TRV application). Is it normal? Should I worry?

Is the VO CPC-Ottawa? looks like....

The email they got is not NER....

Looks like some how he/she missed PER email

They started processing your case on xx-xx-xxxx that means rejection is from VO

What is the VO your friend applied?
Any reason mentioned in NER mail for rejection?

No, it was from cic, nova scotia.
he received 66 points only. He was suppose to receive 67 points because he had to get 22 points in education as he had 3 years bachelor degree and 2 years master degree. But for this he got only 21 points.
Can he appeal for this?

FYI: ECAS shows only two-three days before PER in some cases it takes time. After cost recovery the officer at cio has to touch your file first,,... then only ECAS will appear online, till then you can consider that your file has not been touched by officer...

I applied on Aug-11 and my ecas started showing case status only from 29-Nov and I got PER on 2-Dec

After they checked completeness of applications they immediately rushed in to CCC to update CAP for each category

Some late Aug applicants are still waiting for PER

SO no worries.... its on its way... I know its hard to wait...... gud luck
