there is no issue. The PCC is valid for 1 yr for CIC.
You can get the another PCC copy within same day if the previous police verification was done within last 6 months.

dear Brar,,,WRONG INFO,,,PCC is valid for 3 months for CIC at the time of application...however for local VO it is valid for one year,,,

Yes.. i've applied, got that and sent it, i think these two are not interrelated.

Be prepared and take all originals of educational, employment, passport, birth certificates, marriage certificate, pay slips, form16 (if you have) documents.

Dear Karan,
CIC recommends that the PCC should not be more than 3 months old at the time of application submission, however it is considered valid for 1 yr. pr4vj has already received PER and is waiting for MR/PCC request email to initiate PCC process. I have just suggested him that he need not to wait for MR request. hope that clarifies your doubt.
