Dear Forum Friends,

I have raised a case specific request with NDVO regarding my medicals and third line ...

I got a confirmation automated reply that they will reply within 28 days of my query.


Medicals done in Mumbai on November 22 -2014 and Hospital authorities say they have already uploaded the medical results online on November 25-2014...
Hospital authorities say they have to upload the results within 2 days of conducting the test and they have done that...

Hospital authorities further say In case if CIC has any issues they will directly connect with me to redo the medicals.
I have not got an request either from CIC nor any third line update in ECAS

I have submitted the Right to land fees, medical invoice, PCC and passport pages photocopy to NDVO on November 28-2014 and the courier reached NDVO on 3-Dec-2014 ....

Eagerly waiting for the update in ECAS

I was reading your post and now I am worried.

I thought after MR third line update is just a formality !!

But here everything is unpredictable !!!!


I did my medicals on 4th Dec and hoping for 3rd like update in next 15 days ...

Can you kindly guide me ..lets say I am not able to manage PCC before I travel. Then will the PCC issued by Indian embassy in destination country be acceptable to NDVO?

the best reply can be from Indians who are currently living abroad and who also have to submit the PCC from India along with their present country. as they have already done it. However, i think you can get it through Indian embassy abroad but it will be very time consuming process. So better to get it now either through nearest PSK or through suvidha centers/ SSP.

yes, as I did not submit it at the time of application submission. I applied for PCC in July'14, however I collected it in Oct'14. The date on PCC was Oct'14 when I collected it. My MR /PCC request received in Nov.

OMG, Did it take 3 months to get PCC?, BTW, I am July 16 applicant received PER on 13th Nov, waiting for MR/PCC, can I apply for PCC now? Will NDVO object if I get it before request?

Hi experts and seniors,

I am a June FSW applicant and got PER in late October. I am thinking of getting married in two weeks. Can anyone tell me how long it will take for my spouse to get the whole procedure done if I apply after one and half months for him? I heard that spouse can not go before two years. Is that true?

Another thing, what is their verification procedure for spouses? I will not go through a very gorgeous ceremony. It is just a small occasion and we will live with my parents as I might leave in 6 months for Canada. Wii they look for any common address? My visa office is Singapore.
