Hi ! I am Noc 1123 applicant from India,Application received 22nd August 2014....Still waiting for PER.
Any idea when can i expect per ?

Hello Seniors,

I am a 14th OCT applicant and I submitted a supporting document on Nov 11th. If the updated document was included in my application package, when would be the possible CC charging date? Will my application be considered for OCT or NOV?.

If the updated document was ignored when would be the possible charging date?

Note: The new document i sent is not having much to do with the completeness check or CC charging.

When can I expect MR request?

PER date 30th November, NDVO.

why don't you get the PCC now before travelling. it is valid for 1 yr.

Can you kindly guide me ..lets say I am not able to manage PCC before I travel. Then will the PCC issued by Indian embassy in destination country be acceptable to NDVO?

Dear Forum Friends,

I have raised a case specific request with NDVO regarding my medicals and third line ...

I got a confirmation automated reply that they will reply within 28 days of my query.


Medicals done in Mumbai on November 22 -2014 and Hospital authorities say they have already uploaded the medical results online on November 25-2014...
Hospital authorities say they have to upload the results within 2 days of conducting the test and they have done that...

Hospital authorities further say In case if CIC has any issues they will directly connect with me to redo the medicals.
I have not got an request either from CIC nor any third line update in ECAS

I have submitted the Right to land fees, medical invoice, PCC and passport pages photocopy to NDVO on November 28-2014 and the courier reached NDVO on 3-Dec-2014 ....

Eagerly waiting for the update in ECAS

Hi All,

I am 13th Aug applicant NOC -2173. CIC dint charge me yet. Looks like the game is over and I have not received any email reply as well. Neither I got my application back.

I sent an email on Oct 29th and no update from CIC.

I think there is no point in maintaining the settlement funds now.

Any expert advise??

You need to get PCC first then only you can get PR.

Dear Members,

Applied from India. My visa office is NDVO. I received PER in October 2014.
Kindly help me in answering my query. I am expecting that in next couple of months NDVO might request me for PCC. My company is planning to send me on a project outside india for next 3-4 months. I want to know that if NDVO requests PCC during the time I am outside India, then will it be OK if I get Indian PCC from the Indian Embassy in that country I shall be travelling to. Will NDVO accept that PCC?

applicants r getting PER in 110-120 days, second line update in 53-59 days (after PER)
medicals 4-13 days (after second line update)...
secound line is "we started processing your file on xx.xx.xxxx date

Yes that should work I got mine from Indian embassy in US. It took total 5-6 weeks
