It seems that for NOC 4011, CIC is very slow.
not really,
noc 4011 applicants (particularly may n june) got PER in 115-120 days, second line update in 53-59 days (after PER)
medicals 4-13 days (after second line update)....
perhaps all nocs r in same fashion....

indeed some exemptions r there....

Regarding: Indian PCC from a Indian Embassy Outside India.

Dear Members,

Applied from India. My visa office is NDVO. I received PER in October 2014.
Kindly help me in answering my query. I am expecting that in next couple of months NDVO might request me for PCC. My company is planning to send me on a project outside india for next 3-4 months. I want to know that if NDVO requests PCC during the time I am outside India, then will it be OK if I get Indian PCC from the Indian Embassy in that country I shall be travelling to. Will NDVO accept that PCC?

Awaiting your responses.

Thanks and Regards.

CIC has informed WES that they cannot verify your ECA report. This is due to the incorrect application choice as the WES FSWP customized application was not selected.
In order for Citizenship and Immigration Canada to process your immigration application, they will need to verify your ECA report using WES’s online service. To allow CIC access to your ECA report, you will need to order a duplicate report at https://www.wes.org/ca/apply/xcopycic.asp?

Best regards,

WES Customer Service

PLEASE I NEED YOUR COUNSEL ON THIS. DID ANYONE OF YOU HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE? PLEASE GUIDE ME. THANKS. URGENT!!!!!!!!

16th July applicant - LVO

When can I expect MR?

First line is displayed after Data Entry, the step following Cost recovery at CIO. This is when an electronic file is created in GCMS. PER, AOR and file transfer don't trigger a CAS update.

Second line appears when the assigned IPA opens file in GCMS and begins processing it by initiating document verification and criminality check. Upon completion he/she sends MR.

Third line appears when medical results are received and approved by CIC. Then IPA launches security check.

Fourth line appears upon completion of security checks and final determination of admissability and eligibility by IPA. As a result an applicant generally receives PPR.

Hi Diplomatru: One query - what they look in security checks and final determination of admissability and eligibility? example would help.
