Well, you are the first person to report it. I have seen only cases of really slow delivery.

It's all the fault of dispatch department who holds parcels for such a long time.anyhow let's hope NDVO sends some MR today.

Hats off to you PPfor these figures, +1 for u

Dear PP, Diplomatru and CAnol and other members ! How good to have your UCI number, just was thinking. People in the forum calling CIC desperately to have UCI number. Will calling them and getting UCI number will change the status of my or any other application. I am 19th Sep DD applicant and still waiting or encashment and PER subsequently. Should I call them to get it?

The current situation on charging and PER issuance
On CC:The earliest CC charging finally down to 62 days.Applicants waiting period gradually coming
down and will be down to the usual 30 days very soon.
On CC:Late charging could be up to 90 days now based on 1.Card declining.2.Failure in network.
Attempt on charging will be carried out 3 times and by the last attempt if problem persists, application
will be returned.
On DD:The encashment is subject to prompt processing among the parties involved in the transaction.
For application received on the same date with CC or DD mode of payment, payments are being effected at the same time.
For example:
Application received on the 9th July.
CC CHARGED:28 OCT with applicant getting alert via SMS/Email instantly or within 24 hrs.
DD ENCASHED:28 OCT with applicant waiting period for such encashment for 7-10 days but
now it is 10-20 days due to the current operational changes at CIC.
On PER:PER notification via email within 4-7 days as at November but the current scenario
now for PER issuance is 2-4 weeks after payment deduction.

I think you should mention it. Data in individual forms must match. You should not leave an unaccounted period in your personal history.

Hi Friends,
Could someone tell how many days/weeks it will take for NDVO to stamp the VISA and send the passports back to us (family of 3 - Husband wife and Child)?
I want to know the duration the passport will be at NDVO office.

Thanks in advance.

Out of curiosity i just would like to know what happens to a file when the ECAS status is " We received your application for permanent residence on XX XX 2014"

1. Is the file still at CIC or has it been transferred to the Local VO
2. Have the local VO started work on the file
3. Is the file still awaiting its turn to be looked upon ( just like what happens when the file reaches CIC and awaits it turn for completeness check)

I guess if the status is updated before receiving PER then it means file is completed and now CIC is working on eligibility. The status remains same even when the file is sent to VO. After sometime, VO acknowledges the application and a new update is shown.
Seniors correct me if i am wrong.

dear friends, I have sent a case specific query on 8 DEC for about spouse addition and requested guidance on further requirments ....want to know the following....please advise

1. When can i expect a response from LVO

2. What will my application reach LVO ? PER - 01 DEC

3. when and what is the 2nd line updated in ecas ?? it says now app recd 13 AUG

thank you...and congrats to all getting CC / PER / MR...and good luck for everyone waiting :) keep up the good work

They don't need to link the payment!! any form of payment is linked to you only when its included in your courier to VO.

So take a print of receipt- fill in the details that will be blank on the receipt and send it to the local VO
