Last minute Confusion!

My sister is a Canadian but she is not living in Canada, so I can't claim points for her. Anyways, do I still need provide her Canadian Passport with the application with an explanation why can't claim points?


Another confusion;

Where do I put the Barcode pages of Generic Application, before document checklist or after document checklist? I mean the order of sending documents.


Would highly appreciate if someone of you please clear my confusions!!

Hello Seniors,

I am not able to access my ECAS from last Sunday. Earlier it was shown as in process and now it says information entered in not correct. I have not received PER till date.

Any idea what is issue and possible outcome?

they r not concerned where they move as they hold their passports.

Apparently they're still issuing PER for 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st and 22nd...

I'm from 27th... also waiting.
According to SS there's only one PER from 27th.

I am10 September NOC 2131 applicant DD mode, when can I expect DD charge. I see that October applicants are being charged. Does it mean Septembr is finished. Am I out of game??? Really worried. What is the status of NOC 2131 please advise.

There is a condition, the person should be living in Canada.

Moreover I have to prove her residency by documents which are less that 6 months old. She left Canada in January, 2014. So all her documents are more than 6 months old.

i would like to ask a question :
you know the new system for applying for the PR will end on Dec.31st as the express entry will begin on the beginning of the new year
i am preparing my papers now to apply ( late i know but i am doing my best).
the problem is i got a letter from the WES saying that they will send me their report on Jan 12th 2015 !!!!!!! which will be too late although they received my package on Dec.5th
So can i send the application without the WES report and with a letter saying that will send it back after receiving it and attaching the WES email that proves that? or in that case my application will be incomplete and will be returned?!
