Regarding ECA, I have already applied to ICAS as well as CES. I am hundred percent confident that either both of them or at least one of them issue me right ECA before my application package will open.
ICAS gave indication to issue ECA on end of January 2015.
CES informed approximately begning of Feb 2015.
As soon I shall receive correct ECA from any of ICAS of CES , I shall send new ECA as Addendum to my application, to CIO with cover letter explaining the situation and to request them to consider this new ECA for points calculation.
Do you have also some issue about ECA?
