This is what happened in My case:

First Application:
I have appled under 2132
Application received on May 29th.
VO - CPC-O
Status: Medical received.

Second application:
I have appled under 0911
Application received on Sept 20th.
VO - New Delhi
Status: CC Charged on 12/09/14.

I was suspecious that they are going to charge my card, I called my bank (Chase) a week ago and asked them to block the marchant.
Bank sais that, he is blocked. Yesterday, my card was charged and I have no clue how it is happened.

Practically I dont need to process my second application as my first one is already reached medicals stage.

Is there any way I can get money back from CIC for my second application?

Guys happy to notify that i have recieved Medical/PCC/RPRF on 4 Dec.The consultant just forwarded me the mails today after extracting final payments.
So all of the guys who are anxiously waiting for their medicals CHEER UP NVDO HAS STARTED SENDING THEM OUTYOU WILL RECIEVE THEM VERY SOON HOPEFULLY BEFORE THE END OF THE WEEK

It was done from WES.
Yes, even I thought it should be 22 but CIC gave only 21 and he got rejected.

What can he do now? is there any solution for this?

If your CC was charged there is no hope. Anyway you can contact them to withdraw your second application and return the fees but I wouldn't hold my breath since they don't return applications fees in this case. Good luck and share CIC response with the forum.

He could appeal against the decision through an immigration lawyer. I think in case of a wrong or an unfair decision of a CIC official there is a chance of winning the appeal in the immigration court.

Hi, Need guidance from the seniors.

I am June 30 applicant NOC 1114. Got PER on Oct 27. And waiting for MR.
After filing first app., I filed another app on Sept 11, under NOC 4011. But as soon as I received PER for the first app, i mailed CIC to withdraw my second application. I have not received their response yet.

In all probability, they will cancel your second one irrespective of if you have requested for cancellation or not as your first application has received positive eligibility. So two applications wont be proceded with. We are allowed to submit more than one application under various NOC to cover the risk if one gets negative assessment,second one might fill in for the chance but you are fortunate to have it shot in first instance and hence they will send back second one without charging the fee.

Now, I want CIC to not withdraw my app and let it get processed. (I just wanna be double sure about my canada dream- thats it- noother reason)

Question:
1) what should I do? Should I call CIC and ask not to withdraw my second file? or mail them today? or do both?
2) will they have read my mail by this time? cz they have not replied me yet.
3) If they have read my mail and sent my file back- Do i have any chance?

I am behaving a bit immature but I dont know what NDVO would be doing with my first app and do not the exact process they follow after PER- I mean only background check or matching NOC and duties and all- I have a concern there.

* PCC:- My Experience and Suggestions.
My PP and Current address are not same. I applied the PCC post my PCC/Med/RPRF request.
1) Went to PSK, walkin - > Gave all my documents in Xerox and took the originals along -> File No. Generated in 2 hours -> good
2) The File was transferred to PCO -> Then to Local PS -> 2 weeks still my file in Local PS without any further movement -> I went to PCO and local PS, followed up -> They again asked me proof of stay (e.g. if I say I stayed in XXXXX from 2003 to till date, then they asked proof for same. I provided them 2003 House registration document including current -> They sent my file back 2 days late even after verification was done that too when I followed up with them -> I went to PCO, they told me it will take 2 weeks for them to update to PSk -> After requesting I finally reduced time line to 2 days.
3) Now it's more than a month passed since NDVO request me documents and I hardly have 10 days.
Now based on my experience I would like to advice the following
* Apply for your PCC ASAP.
PP and Current Address same: Then no problem, you will get PCC in 2-4 hours. However, to get appointment is a pain area. e.g. if applying from Hyderabad
PP and Current Address are different: I suggest go with PCO, since you need to again submit documents what you have submitted at PSK. And also you will save some days, if it is only PCO, since post checking your details they will send it to PSK (if applied from PSk).
Docs to carry in Original and Xerox: BSNL telephone bill / Electricity Bill / Aadhar Card / Voters ID Card / Gas Bill / Marriage Certificate / 6 photos / Passport Xerox copy

PP and Current Address are different: Make sure if you declare you stay from e.g. if staying from 2003 to 2014, you keep residential proof or society NOC (NOC in original), else that would be a pain area
* Driving License: It is majorly not considered as address proof.
* Not every PSK has walkins

- PP: passport
- PSK: passport Seva Kendra
- PCO: Police Commissioner Office
- PS: Local Police Station

Just gotta message from PSK. Please collect your PCC tomorrow atlast my followup paid off.

3) Can we send the RPRF amount as a money order from USA to Ndvo as we are doing our medical from here itself?

Could you share the e-mail your friend received from CIO, what is mentioned in regard to his education?
According to your story, he must have gotten 22 points for education, not 21 points!
