Hi, Need guidance from the seniors.

I am June 30 applicant NOC 1114. Got PER on Oct 27. And waiting for MR.
After filing first app., I filed another app on Sept 11, under NOC 4011. But as soon as I received PER for the first app, i mailed CIC to withdraw my second application. I have not received their response yet.

Now, I want CIC to not withdraw my app and let it get processed. (I just wanna be double sure about my canada dream- thats it- noother reason)

Question:
1) what should I do? Should I call CIC and ask not to withdraw my second file? or mail them today? or do both?
2) will they have read my mail by this time? cz they have not replied me yet.
3) If they have read my mail and sent my file back- Do i have any chance?

I am behaving a bit immature but I dont know what NDVO would be doing with my first app and do not the exact process they follow after PER- I mean only background check or matching NOC and duties and all- I have a concern there.

HI i am NOC 2132, 22nd October with DD mode.
are u with CC or DD, can you let me know is October files open for review or until today its only sep files are under process.
Further to this the current cap of 624 includes upto which month is it for aug or sep ?

DD mode here,think they are also charging early Oct alongside sept...we ll just wait n hope for the best friend..

Hi mates,

I have sent my wife's FSW-2014 application on the 8th Dec under NOC 4214. It is in transit right now and will reach CIC on Friday, 12 Dec or latest by Monday, 15 Dec 2014 - Insha Allah.

My wife has a sister in Canada who is a Canadian Citizen. All required copies of the documents have already been enclosed with the application to claim 5 points of adaptability. However, today we got to know that her husband has got a transfer orders from his company to move to Kuwait. Their last day in Canada would probably be 31st Dec 2014.

Need your expert advice if,

a) I need to inform CIC about this right away?
b) Or should wait till PER is received and than inform VO quoting the UCI number? Will that be misrepresentation?

Her claim points will be well over 67 even if these 5 points of adaptability is sacked, so no worries on that aspect.

Average is from 10 days to 45 days, but it may take longer.

VO - CPC-O
Status: Medical received.

Second application:
I have appled under 0911
Application received on Sept 20th.
VO - New Delhi
Status: CC Charged on 12/09/14.

I was suspecious that they are going to charge my card, I called my bank (Chase) a week ago and asked them to block the marchant.
Bank sais that, he is blocked. Yesterday, my card was charged and I have no clue how it is happened.

Practically I dont need to process my second application as my first one is already reached medicals stage.

Is there any way I can get money back from CIC for my second application?

I have mailed at delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca to enquire about my emedical status. Is it the correct email id to mail at or is there another email id i can mail at?

I appeared for medical on 26 Nov. How many more days will i need to wait for the ecas status to be updated?

AFAIK processing fees are non-refundable, so I wouldn't keep my hopes up.

You can open a CSE and ask for this...let us know how it goes.

Also, look at this line on their website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp
"Sending more than one application does not increase your chances of being accepted for permanent residence. All eligible applications received before January 1st will be considered for processing based on current guidelines. Fees will be charged for each one."
