Timeline:

NOC : 1111
App recd date : 3rd sep. 2014.
DD encashed as per email : 23rd nov.
DD encashed as per bank : 1st dec./
PER email originally dated : 08 dec.


Now wait for MR begins.

Yes iam from NDVO which document are required for PCC from Passport office any letter from Visa office.

I am going tomorrow to PSK for PCC:-
Docs to carry in Original and Xerox:
BSNL telephone bill / Electricity Bill / Aadhar Card / Voters ID Card / Gas Bill, Marriage Certificate, 6 photos, Passport Xerox first and late page self attested

PSK DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY LETTER FROM VISA OFFICE. APPLY ONLINE AND WALK IN NEXT DAY FOR PCC.(check on site as this facility is available at some PSKs). They require 2 address proof(one in case you have one year old aadhar card) The fee is Rs 500/-

Hi mates,

I have sent my wife's FSW-2014 application on the 8th Dec under NOC 4214. It is in transit right now and will reach CIC on Friday, 12 Dec or latest by Monday, 15 Dec 2014 - Insha Allah.

My wife has a sister in Canada who is a Canadian Citizen. All required copies of the documents have already been enclosed with the application to claim 5 points of adaptability. However, today we got to know that her husband has got a transfer orders from his company to move to Kuwait. Their last day in Canada would probably be 31st Dec 2014.

Need your expert advice if,

a) I need to inform CIC about this right away?
b) Or should wait till PER is received and than inform VO quoting the UCI number? Will that be misrepresentation?

Her claim points will be well over 67 even if these 5 points of adaptability is sacked, so no worries on that aspect.

Passport in Original and xerox is required only.
Its better to carry other docs also but they will not see them.

There is an important point.. The visa is valid for 12 months from the date of receiving of medical results as per many applicants have mentioned So, I think Vo's will not delay the requesting of passports more than 90 - 120 days

Hey! We just went this morning to police HQ near Al Qiyadah metro station. They have asked to come with passport copy, original emirates IF and a photo.

One of my friends who used to a VISA consultant some time ago , says the delay in PPR's is because of VISA quota, every VO has some quota and Hence PPR's will be issued in January next year .

Although I don't endorse this , still sharing .
