I am about to send a new file with the same Noc, i didn't receive any thing from CIC, but i made a fetal mistake in the old file, do i have to mention any thing regarding the old file when i am submitting the new one?

Thankyou Nishes for your answer. I have another question. One of my bank accounts do not exist anymore, it was a temporary savings account with a lot of money on it. Should I still send the bank statement of it or not? The money was transfered to another account of mine, should I get a new statement? As it was an important sum of money getting a fresh statement that shows a very recent large deposit may arise suspicion. Any thoughts. Thank you a lot in advance.

There is a simple resolution.

You have the statement(s) for your Old Bank account which has a large sum of money.

You should be able to get the statement of your new bank account wherein the money was transferred.

Get a copy of statements belonging to both the accounts and submit it to CIC.

Explain the whole thing in a cover letter. You are done.

I am assuming this whole thing is for your settlement funds.

What was your NOC and your application submission date ?

You may be able to send additional documents if the stats favor you.

Feeling so relaxed with bank confirmation today that My PRPF DD was already encashed by NDVO on 22 Nov, 2014.
