Not every time. UCI remains the same forever so if you had deal with CIC before you will have one (Student Visa, Temporary Resident Visa, FSW from previous years....)

IF(!) they are able to find it. Sometimes they fail and issue a new UCI. One Pakistani applicant here has been issued his third UCI.

Dear forumates

Once 2nd line of update is done then how much max time NDVO take to send MR??
if everything is fine then at max 11 days...otherwise long waiting...

Fedex is claiming that they have delivered my MR and RPRF receipt to NDVO, but Fedex website has no update.

Is there an option to get acknowledgment from NDVO? If I send them an email, will they acknowledge my package acceptance or not?

I had sent them a mail yesterday. The reply will come after 3 weeks. Before that we may receive some PPRs I am expecting.

Great... If you have sent it to NDVO then I am sure the reply will come within 4 to 5 days... If not then it won't even come... 3 weeks ETA is for CIC not NDVO...
Do let us know the response...
Can you please let us know what did you write in your email to NDVO..

Kindly help me understand that whether i am meeting requirements of selecting 0121 NOC as my primay NOC on the employment grounds:

Several years of experience 1.5 years of total experience
Is this experience sufficient..??
Licensure may be required Inhouse trainings given by company, no licensure required by my Co.
A recognized professional Sales Manager- Insurance
designation required Will this fit into the category of recognized professional..???

PCC from Passport Office is easy if you are residing at same address that is mentioned in your passport.. Fee Rs. 500
From Police Commissioner its easy (online process) if you are in Delhi.Fee Rs. 250.
Not sure about other cities..

Hi Seniors,

I have a Canadian visa on my passport which was granted to me in the year 2012. My cc has been charged by the CIC and I am waiting for my PER. I have read in the forum before that I can use the same number as mentioned on my Visa to check the status of my application. I just need to know that which number is to be used? There are 2 numbers with an Alphabet followed by 9 digits, 1 is the document number and the other 1 is mentioned on the extreme left of the visa, vertically. Well I have tried both the numbers but was not able to check the status of my application. Is it like this. That I will be able to check the status online only after receiving the per?

Please advise.

Shockingly, your consultant is right :D - unlike consultants. Please do confirm that he is indeed an immigration consultant ;)
Coming back to your questions, please start straight away your PCC process. If the address in your passport and your current address is same, then PSK route is fastest. Else, getting PCC from commissioner's office is better. I myself have experienced that getting PCC from commissioner's office (Bangalore) is less than 20 days job. In Delhi, I read in this forum, it's a matter of a week or so and that too the whole process is online. So the time frame also depends on city. HTH!!
