Can I used 2 different Credit cards for the same application as neither credit cards is sufficient alone ?! If yes!, does this mean that I'll send 2 payment fee forms ?!

You may consult kaemeemanalo from the pinoy forum. He did it that way aand he got per. But i suggest, you go for dd.

I'm sure they are working, albeit slowly...I think they have slowed down quite a bit after sending a number of MR. I have decided to just stop worrying or wondering. We don't know for sure how and why they process some apps quickly and then stall on others, but I'm trusting that The Lord didn't bring me this far to leave me. So I'm going about my business as usual. Stressing will definitely not help at all.

So true as God will never bring us this far for nothing. Well, lets keep the hope alive that they will get to working before the year ends.

There are two scenarios here:

1) PCCs submitted to CIO
2) PCCs submitted to VO

The latter slightly delays processing

Hmm.. not able to get the logic.

We are just predicting or guessing what VO is doing, but no one really knows how vo does things. Usually after MR's within a month PPR requests come, but almost all the ndvo people not receiving PPR's even after 2 to 3 months is an exception

It could well be that PPR 2 and VISA issuance is just around the corner and anytime this good news can be received.
It could happen that MR's are issued before other things to save time and to fasten the process, so that all the things like bg checks,
security checks, medical checks can happen in parallel.
It could be that they are busy with student apps and other apps. But with express entry round the corner, any more delay could push 2014
into backlog, hope this does'nt happen.

Not 100 percent, as I do not have any official communication to that effect. But read in different fourms that RPRF is refundable, if you do not use your PR visa or if there are any issues in issuance of PR visa after paying RPRF fee.

thanks a lot for your reply. what about using the credit card for a part of the total fees and the other part with a demand draft ?!

One suggestion/solution: you can credit money in your credit card account in advance which in turn will increase your credit limit...

I received my medical; FBI PCC and RPRF request on December 3 and I was asked to submit all these documents my mail to address specified in the same mail.
I have seen few members submitting the RPF to CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais @ cic.gc.ca. this email as well.
Let me know if I should submit I receipt at this email as well.

yes you can use two credit cards, we have the same situation both of my credit card's are below 1000CAD and i need to pay two processing fee i used a master and visa card, i just attached an explanation stating the reason i used two cards. just fill out two forms separately, it went well coz i received my PER last Nov 5.
