My wife's (main applicant) office wud not give anything in writing, neither on a letterhead nor on a plain paper with sign. :'(

Is there an alternate way to provide CIO with Work Experience/ref letter of main duties?
-A self declared affidavit? A letter?, if so is there a format one can share?

We have appointment letter, recent pay slips(not signed by office), promotion letter. - But non of them have job duties which they cud match with NOC 1212.

What about October 6 applicant cc charge? 1212 NOC!!!

I still didn't hear nor my cc is charged for my brothers app.

You mentioned Latest PER Date is 25th August 2014. I am also 25th August NOC 2171 applicant and haven't receive the PER yet. My CC was charged on 11th November 2014.

As per my calculation, I am expecting the PER between 15th December to 22nd December since I believe the current PER date is 18th August. Still 1 more week to go.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

I tried to call CIC yesterday on 613 number however the IVR says they are currently experiencing High Call Volume and my call couldn't be transferred. Please try again later.

THE DUTIES ON A PLAIN PAPER CAN BE ATTESTED BY A COLLEAGUE /BOSS AND ATTACH A BUSINESS CARD OF PERSON SIGNING THE DUTIES.
THE SELF ATTESTED DUTIES OR AFFIDAVIT SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED. YOU MAT ATTACH OTHER PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT LIKE 3 MONTH PAY SLIPS,OFFER LETTER ,PROMOTION LETTER ETC.

1. do I need to send new bank statements, or the old ones will do?

2. do I need new reference letters from all employers, or only from the ones I need changes to be made in...

3. Can I re-use any of the old forms? Or all need to be filled in again??

Hi,

While resending my application, I included:

1. New bank statement

2. New reference letter from current employer. Previous letter may remain same.

3. Fill in the new forms as many forms have been recently updated on the CIC website.

Hey Seniors,

So I sent my Application from India on 16th September which was received by Donny on 19th Sep - 2014 via UPS at SYDNEY, CA.

I tracked it on UPS website and post that there is no communication at all since last 3 months and even confirmation of delivery is from UPS website is it common.

Also any ideas when the CC will be charged. As current posts / spreadsheet is pretty ambiguous.

Dear, I heard on this forum that one guy was in same situation. So he mentioned (Printed) his duties by himself on paper, with his name , dept name, employee code, date of joining etc. and got it signed by his immediate boss, with his boss name, designation and his contact number and email.
In this case it is possible that your local VO will call boss to enquire, because in his case his VO did it...and all went well...

I request everyone on this forum please put more light if u know anything about such matters...very less days are left...and we should help here,,,

However, I need help to fill the application form correctly as the details about some of the questions is not clear to me in the Guide. I request you to kindly shed some light on the below mentioned doubts.

1) Does National Identity document include Driving license or PAN card ?

2) Is partial hearing disability shall be considered as serious physical disorder for the question 6-k of schedule A "Background/Declation"?

3) As I am single with no dependents, should i write " Not Applicable" wherever details regarding my dependents or spouse have been asked?

4) Does photo of each member of my family as per point no 19 of document checklist implies the photographs of my parents and siblings?

5) What is authorization number in fee payment form for the credit card mode of payment?

6) As per the standard procedure for Police clearance certificate a letter from Immigiration department is required. Where should i approach for this letter?

I am citizen and resident of India if that brings some clarity for the response.

Have a senior at office provide the ref with the duties. Also attach his visiting card on the ref. In addition to tht have acover letter ready mentioning that you have tried with the cmp and the challenges you had in getting a ref letter on the cmp letterhead.

Thanks I will pay now the fees, yes I have both MR & RPRF in mail but they have not mentioned the fees I need to pay for 2 Adults and 1 kid...???

normally they do mention the amount of rprf...like for 2 adults it is CAD$980 only, they don't charge fees for all dependents who are less than 18years old. so no fees for ur kid. good luck.

Not applicable leave it blank .Your passport as an Identity is enough

your local passport office

Given that the PCC can take you 15 days (appointment + PCC issue) i would suggest you send your application without the PCC. Your PCC will be requested at the MR stage. Deadline for 2014 application is 31st Dec is wat i have heard, so send it ASAP.
