Has anyone gone for Medicals from Mohali ?? can you please share the experience from that ???

Hii,

I am applying for PR in Canada and Aus both.

I am done with my medical request for Canada.

I have applied for 189 Independent VISA for Aus and uploading documents.

Please tell why u wana leave Aus for Canada as Aus weather is far better ?

Just asking as I am in India I dont have any idea.

I got MR & RPRF request today but I am confused senior please help:


They Didn't mentioned to me anything about sending documents .....

They just requested :

1. Medical examination for yourself.
2. Payment of Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) for yourself.
i) You must send the receipt to CPC-O. For fastest service, please attach it to an email and send it to the address CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais @ cic.gc.ca
3. Copy of Biographical page of new passport for yourself.

then Its Written like this:

" The above information/documents must be received in our office within 60 days from the date of this e-mail. Please quote your complete application number on your correspondence and address your correspondence to the address indicated above."

But there is no address written above....?

What to do now..? and do they ask everyone to send a copy of passport or its just me..?

The MR request is usually a PFD document and the address is mentioned on the signature.
Also the bio pages from the passport is requested from all.

YES i HAVE GONE THROUGH MEDICALS IN M0HALI MAX HOSPITAL...EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD AND EASY...U HAVE TO BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT IN PRIOR...

THEY CHARGE 4200 INR PER ADULT...
