Hello,

Thank you all for the support this forum gives to people in this journey. It would be much more difficult without you.

I already have PER, but I have not received MR yet. I will have to travel to another country for some months and I have questions that I hope one of you know the answer:

1 - Is it possible to have the medical examination before receiving the MR?No. Never without consulting your VO
2 - Is it possible to have the medical examination in a country that is different from my VO?in you case, i suggest write a query to ndvo and let them know your scenario and act accordingly to their response. I am not sure maybe in your case, yes they can accept Medical done from other country or before MR mail .
3 - I called the doctor's office today and asked question number 1. The lady first said it is possible to have the medical examination before the MR, but then she asked for my "two" UCIs, mine and my wife's, but I told her I only have one that I received with PER. She then said it is not possible to have the medical examination before MR because I do not have 2 UCIs. Does it make sense? If so, when should I expect to receive my wife's UCI? Yes she is correct. Around 45 days. Both of you will get 2 separate mails with medicals form attached with respective individual UCI

Thank you all and good luck!

Hi all,

Do we need to take a PCC from PSK or commissioners office one would suffice.
reason being, at the time of submitting the application, I got one from commissioners office and it listed my addresses for the last 2 years as I was not having any old proofs.
My PER was received last week. I was wondering if anyone could advise if I should start process for PCC at PSk now as my present address is different from the one in my passport.

Please guide.

Thanks

there is no place for signing in the form for "Supplementary Information Your Travels" (IMM5562E.pdf)?

Should we send it without signing?

Regards, George
