Hi guys

I am filling up 'Additional Family Information' [IMM 5406] form. According to the checklist provided by my consultant:

If Single to sign in space provided in Section A, Section B & Section D
OR
If Married to sign in space provided in Section D only

But I can see only one place to sign in the form and that space is provided in only Section D.

Could you please advise if I (being a single) need to sign in Section D only or in some other place as well?

Regards

Guys need some info... I have a credit limit of 70,000 INR in my creditcard... Is that enough to charge for PER for two persons...
Please suggest..

What do you think 1100 CAD would be in INR?? If you see its just marginal. I would suggest you 2 things

1. Call your cc callcentre and tell them to increase your "INTERNATIONAL" credit limit. International ok

2. Tell them you will expect a canadian charge around XX timeframe. Tell them "DO NOT DECLINE THE TRANSACTION"

Hi All,

I'm happy to report that we got the email from CPC-O requesting for Medical/PCC/RPRF for my wife's application.

I have a question though, As we already have another application under my name where my wife is dependent and for the same application we already send the Medical/RPRF and waiting to get the FBI report for last 3+ months. So the real question if I have move forward with the second application should I be taking another medical test and also paying the RPRF fee for this second application.

Also the good news is for my application as reported earlier in this forum they asked some clarification on proof of funds, but with my wife's application they didn't ask any such details just the Medical/PCC/RPPF.

Updated the SS.
SS name: Tejas (My wife's application)
SS name: ezapa (My application)

Regards,
Ezapa

Your consultant's checklist references the old Additional Family Information from, which was used until 2013. The new form has to be signed only once.
